  1. FootyHeadlines, a typically reliable source when it comes to kit leaks, has published that this is what the badge and color scheme will look like for Charlotte’s 2023 away kit. This additionally means that Charlotte will carry over its 2022 home kit into the 2023 season. https://www.footyheadlines.com/2022/12/charlotte-fc-2023-away-kit.html?m=1
  2. https://www.charlottefootballclub.com/schedule/matches#competition=all&date=2023-02-25 Looks like we only have one nationally televised game currently scheduled, which is against Atlanta at home on March 11.
  3. We got LA Galaxy as our first ever home game and St. Louis gets a second year expansion team. Oh well, I guess.
  4. Were you not watching last year when we did exactly this? It brought people back for about 1 game then we kept losing and it deflated the whole thing. It wouldn't even go half as well as it did last year, and that's a low bar. Doing it again would make it feel even more like a gimmick. I can't fathom how this is even still an idea in people's heads.
  5. If SF do well in the playoffs, there will be a million. Also I was very intrigued when I saw the thread title and saw that you were the author, as you're not one to get caught up in the Huddle's prevailing winds of the hour. But when I opened it, it made more sense lol.
  6. Two 5-8 teams, so someone's gotta lose. It's not unreasonable that most people think that the road team with QBs who can't stop throwing INTs is not going to win. This is a good game to see how Wilks prepares the team when we're not outright underdogs. I hope he passes the test.
  7. You just gave me a logical scenario to re-sign him after you said there are no logical scenarios to re-sign him. I think people are mistaking my position that I'm advocating for it to happen. All I'm saying is that if it does happen, it could make sense, depending on the context.
  8. Or give him backup money for a FA QB we could hypothetically sign. I'm not saying that keeping Sam as QB1 is what we should do, only that I think there are certain contexts where it wouldn't be inconceivable to bring him back.
  9. All depends on the context of his hypothetical re-signing. There are scenarios in which it would make sense.
  10. I'll be there in a group of 7. 5 Panthers fans and 2 Steelers fans.
  11. Love the Minter choice. He was my favorite player when he was here I had a jersey of his too (that I've sadly grown out of). Also helped that he was my rec league basketball coach.
  12. If not drafting in the first round, what would be your ideal route out of the QB doldrums?
  13. It is genuinely fascinating the level to which you despise literally every single aspect of this franchise, down to the most granular detail. Makes one wonder why you even call yourself a fan of it.
  14. I seem to remember once upon a time seeing him make the argument that there are "QBs who run" and "running QBs", as if there is any meaningful difference in that distinction.
  15. Last night Travis Kelce took off his helmet and threw it while he was still on the field of play. No flag. You can admit that the call on DJ was bogus and stop this weird hall monitor shtick anytime now.
  16. You realize that that's a huge if. Right? He got traded. We got 4 picks in return. Suck it up and move on.
