  1. The site bombards you with trades lol, there are like 3-4 trade offers every pick. I got offered a 2024 1st, 4th, 5th, and 7th for a 2023 5th. Not exactly realistic either.
  2. So you don't think Young or Stroud will be, but you think Corral will? I don't trust your assessment of QBs if that's the case.
  3. It'll stop only when we get another true franchise QB.
  4. Yeah one of the best teams now, but I think Dak has peaked, and the Cowboys will only wane as more talent gets infused into the NFC, unless they drastically shake things up soon.
  5. I'm ok with all. We just need to get a QB, whatever it takes.
  6. They're gonna franchise tag him, which would qualify as "locking him down". Seems like he wants out, not the other way around.
  7. This seems like you're implying that they shouldn't trade up for a QB, but this was not your initial assertion, which was that you don't think they would trade up. Feels like a pivot on your part to bring up Robbie as a slight on Fitt's decision making.
  8. Cowboys aren't getting over the hump with Dak, and they're hemorrhaging coaching staff. Commanders, I'll believe it when I see it. Giants seem like they truly could be a stud QB away, but are they going to acquire that this offseason? Seems doubtful.
  9. Eagles? Yes. Rest of the NFC East? Not hardly. Maaaaaaybe the Giants if they get a franchise QB.
  10. And what if Corral is not great, but not terrible? (Which is the most likely option.) Then we're right back in the same boat we're in now and we've successfully missed out on a potentially franchise changing talent. If Corral is the answer, let him prove it by earning the job in training camp vs. a rookie.
  11. "If you have conviction, go get him." - Scott Fitterer, yesterday
  12. Even after said GM yesterday said outright that the ideal QB route is draft and develop?
  13. We were told to wait for this year when we could go grab Young or Stroud. Anyone thinking that if we don't take a QB in the first round this year, that next year is gonna be any different are fooling themselves. We'll pick 8-12 and we will be told that it's too costly to trade up for Williams or Maye, and they're not sure prospects anyway, and that we need to wait 'til next year when the next "sure fire" QBs are in the draft, only to once again be told that actually those guys aren't good enough to warrant the draft capital.
  14. Honestly I'm all in on spending whatever it takes to move up, get our QB, and win this sh*tty division.
  15. Well that's not really on him, it's on the journalists who asked him those questions. In any case, he answered every question in a very straight forward manner, which is what I think Ellis was alluding to.
  16. I feel like everyone should be cut some slack for comments made in that thread. After all, the reason he's likened to a used car salesman is his ability to market and sell a sh*tty product. Fool me once, shame on you kind of thing.
  17. Why is he being asked about the playing surface? That's a Tepper question.
  18. From what it seems like at the moment, the Panthers would have to trade above the Colts to get Stroud. Although I thought there was no way Fields would be on the board when we picked, but the 49ers picked Lance, and Fields fell. Also people thought Malik Willis would be a top 10 pick last year but he went in the 3rd round. Who knows what'll happen. We have a long 3 months ahead.
