Detroit's not supposed to beat the Ravens. Sometimes teams just need a little help getting the right result.

Brady is great in the 4th but Stafford is too and he did it with the Lions. I'm looking forward to a shootout at the end. I'm pulling for Stafford in LA. He's always been one of the best QBs in the league but got no respect because he played for Detroit.

C'mon Bucs lose!!!!
-
Yeah but Herbert looks like a future HOF already. That kid's got it.
-
Is it just me, or is watching the Rams play much easier since the uniforms' change. Them and the Chargers had the best upgrades of anyone in recent years. The Chargers were ok before but the rams were awful. Now they look good. Having a real QB helps too.

He's surely going through a lot. Coaching the Chiefs plus that situation with his son. He's not in great shape either. I hope he's ok.

I just read that Andy Reid left Arrowhead in an ambulance after the game. Should be ok. Chiefs HC Andy Reid leaves Arrowhead Stadium via ambulance following loss to Chargers (nfl.com) If that was already posted I apologize.

I wasn't adding Raleigh. As I said, We are 15th in the league without considering Raleigh . If you counted Raleigh they would be near Seattle. Then if making the reductions based on number of teams or no team would put us top 10.

Just to demonstrate what you said. Here's a list of the top 30 Metro areas in the US. Charlotte is 21 and Raleigh, which is not very far away is 29. Plus the top areas like NY, LA, Wash/Bal, have 2 teams and places like Port, Orlando, who are larger than us, have no teams. So 21-4-2= 15. We are 15th in the league without considering Raleigh. They and others will likely interview him at least and I'd expect him to go for the experiences. I don't expect Brady to stay in Carolina forever but I'd be shocked if he left us anytime soon. He's not ready to be an HC and surely he knows it. He's still learning how to be an OC. If he's smart, which I think he is, he'll stick around Carolina for a while and learn all he can about operations and team building from Rhule and co before taking another job and I'd expect him to also learn just how important it is to go to the right place with the right owner, GM etc. or it's likely to be a short stint. Bad organizations don't only piss away young QBs, the do the same to HCs too.

Mills looked better than those 3 have. I feel sorry for Lawrence and Wilson tho. Those teams suck and they're being thrown to the wolves. Fields has talent he just needs more time to learn the game. The fans and talking heads are pushing for him hard but it's still too soon. The Bears will likely be looking for a new coach next season.

Yeah a couple of surprises already today

Hey guys, just a reminder to make your picks before the games today. Even if you missed TNF you can still make the rest of the picks. Good Luck! Our league is sitting pretty tightly together so make them count. Also most of the games this week the picks are mostly one sided. There are only 4 or 5 games that people are debating. Getting those right will make or break our week.

Most watched Thursday night game since 2018?
Panthers Rhule replied to Davidson Deac II's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think Darnold is a part of it but I think it's the team as a whole. Also, Carolina isn't hated by many fans of most other teams. So I think we are a team that many can kind of root for. We also have some nice stories that are easy to support like Darnold, Rhule and staff plus we have some other exciting young players. I think many were curious to see if we are for real. Carolina is creating a buzz. -
As long as the beer hat isn't on the list.

Just sit back and enjoy it. How often do we get to be happy? If we aren't happy when we get the chances then we are just sad. Have fun while you can.

Predictions - Panthers at Texans - let's go
Panthers Rhule replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Unfortunately, I can't follow tonight's game but I'm expecting a breakout game for the Panthers. I predict season high numbers for Darnold and there is no way the Texans score double digits. This will be a statement game. Panthers destroy the Texans. 34-6 -
I think he is just another example of this coaching staff knowing what a player's strengths are and how to use them effectively. We are seeing this difference among many players. Another thing that I've noticed and appreciate is their ability to understand a players correct size and their ability to get those players to that size. Reddick wanted to play here and now we understand why.

This guy gets it. 7) Anyone underestimating the Panthers New regimes better show teeth by Year 3. Matt Rhule's Panthers prefer a faster track, jumping out to 2-0 behind a balanced, creatively coached roster. Some balked when Rhule hired Joe Brady and Phil Snow, a pair of coordinators with scant pro experience. Brady has unveiled an easy-on-the-eyes attack that feels like home to reclamation project Sam Darnold. Snow's top-ranked defense smacked the wandering Jets in Week 1 and held the Saints to 128 yards on Sunday, their lowest output since 2002, per Pro Football Reference. By comparison, Christian McCaffrey alone put up 137 yards against New Orleans. Rhule's staff has shown an ability to develop young players like Brian Burns and flip the switch on veterans in Robby Anderson and Shaq Thompson. We're mere steps into the season, but this Panthers cadre arrives well-prepared and determined to create darkness. It's less about Houston in Week 3 and more about every foe to come: Carolina is a playoff team. Many will crumble at its feet before this whole thing wraps.

No, they were using them to make excuses for their asses getting kicked without saying the words. They'd just played a game without them and now they are distanced from everyone. It's just making excuses. Fug the Saints. They were wearing another protection over another hole but it was already to late. The damage was done.

I personally want them to always disrespect us and I hope our team feels the same way. Just gives us an extra reason to prove them all wrong. Haters gonna hate but haters gonna get smashed too. TRUTH HURTS!!!
