Bryce completely outplayed by CJ Beathard
frankw replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
Chark is what he is. There is some ability there but he was never going to be a go to threat. Swap him swap the OL the arm is the arm though. At best circumstances it's looking like we're going to get another Teddy Bridgewater offense. -

You have gone overboard with the trolling but I wish I could argue with you on this. -

3.2 YPA less than 50 passing yards for almost 3 full quarters. Well. We're a long ways from last week that's for sure. -

He leads all running backs in snap counts. As we know it's only a matter of time. -
You got the winning powerball numbers too?

Holy poo that stings. I can't even be mad.

OL is egregiously bad. But defenses are not remotely afraid of Bryce Young's arm. That unfortunate reality remains. -

That Packers down to the wire loss looks more and more like that down to the wire win against the Texans. The brief high was short lived as I sadly expected. -

Getting blown out by the Jags who have a bottom defense with 42 yards of passing offense. -

Honestly I would just reset this whole staff after next week. Even Evero. -

You're saying that BY has the same probability as any other QB of possibly being hurt. All I'm saying is that possibility could be higher when accounting for difference in size and the fact our OL is a complete dumpster fire. The OL was in no way shape or form ready to just drop any QB in. When you factor in how rare he is physically yes it looks even more dicey in retrospect. Phsyical ability wise all the QB's you've mentioned may as well be in another universe within the pocket. That's the truth I'm having to jostle with right now. We gave up too much for this when accounting for all factors. -

I think you're grasping for whatever you can to convince yourself he's not what he is phsyically. He's a good kid. I like him a lot on a personal level. But we knew the risks and we made the pick. At this juncture I'm less concerned about his durability and moreso about his phsyical limitations within the pocket. And again. We don't have to agree. It's perfectly fine. Good talking to you. -

Our OL is making this Jags defensive line look pretty damn good. -

I acknowledge reality. We'll agree to disagree. -

Obviously injuries can happen no matter what. But he's an outlier amongst outliers for his height and weight at the position. And in recent months most of us have since acknowledged even those numbers have been clearly inflated to a degree going back to Alabama. It is what it is. We have to accept and hope for the best. -

Hoping BY is good. The interior OL should be left in Jacksonville. All that being said. The possibility of something like this was always an inevitability given his size. -

Burns makes a nice play and then immediately gets injured. Typical -

I like the uni combo personally. -
Bagent is garbage. But Minshew is a decent starter in a pinch. And honestly Will Levis is looking like he's going to be a pretty solid starter at minimum. I'm trying to have some standards here for our #1 pick. We have to at least compete with the worst. To not do so is unacceptable. Bryce has 14 starts under his belt now. These are the games you're supposed to make look like some kind of fight.

We are not ran or coached well. But we do have some talent. Scott Fitterer is a buffoon who cannot draft to save his life but it should not have taken 15 weeks to score 30 points. The Jaguars have a worse defense than the Packers btw.

The Jags have been a mediocre team at best with Lawrence. Without him? There's absolutely no excuse to lose this game. Anywho. On the Bryce front. Guys. There are numerous legitimate criticisms of Bryce Young to be made. But you don't have to shitpost yourself into oblivion to do so. This is getting embarrassing. Take a break. Seriously.

I know from experience over the years that 49ers fans are some of the worst bandwagoners around. This is fantastic.

Mike Macdonald- Meet the Candidate- Part 11 of 12
frankw replied to ProcessBlue2's topic in Carolina Panthers
Intriguing candidate for sure. I look at him and consider how DeMeco Ryans has done and assembled his staff in Houston. As much as I like Evero there are things to acknowledge about our defense this year. Burns is a ghost. Chinn is an afterthought. Our run defense is 21st in the league we are 30th in scoring defense and 31st in redzone defense. All things to ponder without rose colored glasses on. -
I don't think it's about relevancy as much as it's about he's doing things no different than anyone else in the sports industry through social media. He had an opinion that has since been proven right after folks within the same media sphere went after him. From a Panthers fan I think it's good to see him living his best life. It's just YouTube. Do your thing Cam. Subscribed.

I can definitely agree with some of his points about the Panthers and the circumstances here. But he nor we know who Ben Johnson will be as a head coach. I have him or Slowik as my top options. Mike MacDonald is intriguing as well.
