    I expected more of a test against the Falcons defense but it appears JJ McCarthy made them look a lot better than they actually were. These are the highs and lows of a tough league. We of all people should understand that as well as anyone. As far as the game. I will always savor a blowout win over the Falcons at home.

    That's cold but he's got a point. Wilks and staff got blown off the field with Baker Mayfield in the first half against the Bengals. At the same time I do think Baker Mayfield has to take some level of ownership of his immaturity and arrogance that carried over to the Panthers from the Browns.

    Alright. People here need to push back more against this kind of cult like rhetoric. Bryce Young has 31 starts under his belt. He is a first overall pick. He has $40 million guaranteed. There is absolutely no logical reason to continue to coddle him while simultaneously declaring the 32nd pick of the 2024 draft a bust in 15 career starts. This is insanity.

    Mays starting changed the whole flow of the group. And it isn't as if Mays is some unknown. He should have been starting above Corbett all along.

    The Saints are getting absolutely rekt by the Seahawks. They could have an easy path to the #1 pick at this point.

    7 attempts 135 yards. That's why I chuckle at people gloating at his failure. Maybe he'll end up being a bust. I've got zero love for the Bears. But he will continue to at least flash and wow people from time to time because you can't teach physical tools.

    By definition if you truly didn't care you wouldn't be here trying to police other fans comments. We can celebrate a team win helmed by our defense backfield and OL and also acknowledge reality. It's not that complicated.

    Yeah with all we've been through across the board as a team at least we finally did the right thing here and just handed a young guy the keys instead of looking through discards again. It's a breath of fresh air.

    Comparing simply acknowledging the reality of what it takes for our offense to be successful with Bryce Young against subpar competition to people being racist towards Cam Newton despite him being rookie of the year and league MVP is beyond the pale. Mods give this guy a vacation. Enough is enough.

    Yeah they did a good job for sure. Credit where it is due. But in fairness they should given that we have the highest paid unit by a significant margin.

    Considering we are 10th in offensive salary cap allocation and 28th in defensive salary cap allocation yeah they more than held up their end of the bargain. And our highest paid OL in the league opened up room for our backfield to shoulder the game I love blowing out the Falcons at home. I also unfortunately know this formula is not going to be sustainable.

    We have almost as many rushing yards as we do passing. Our best games the last few years have largely more often than not been when we lean on the run game. That's a self explanatory indicator. If acknowledging it bothers anyone they should take it up with our FO.
