Deviation from the Original Plan.. Is the Reason for this Mess..

Exactly. What part of paying a marginal quarterback 30 million dollars for one season sounds like a rebuild? We could have just kept Heinicke and Cam. The sad truth is nobody on this staff can evaluate quarterbacks or olinemen. -

He's gone and he wasnt the answer short term or long term anyway. Move on. -
Love the effort tonight but seeing Embiid live at the free throw line has made this one unwatchable. I'll be thrilled to see these fugers eliminated in the playoffs.

He has to just be trolling at this point. All you can do is laugh.

That was forever ago my guy you can't hang your hat on a win from week 2 when you're getting your ass whooped in the second half of the season. With the Cards do we even need to say it? They were without their two best players on offense. We can't even put up a fight with our best right now.

Getting blown out by teams whose own coaches are on a short leash isn't a learning curve that's just plain bad. We should not be getting outcoached by Joe Judge and Jason Garrett or Brian Flores and Ron Rivera but here we are.
-
Yeah the whole "he wasn't available Saturday" thing is bizarre. All this time through the offensive struggles I assumed Rhule had to be in Joe's ear on the regular. But this is an example of what people have been talking about with lack of both accountability and clear vision.

Last year we were at least in most of the games we played. This go around we are getting the doors blown off after making moves to push for the playoffs. It is odd to blame the fans for reacting poorly to the mistakes and foolishness of the front office in thinking we had a team ready to compete now while sacrificing our long term resources. If you don't want to read about the team under the circumstances your best bet would be to disconnect bc it's unlikely to get any better in the short term.

Sounds good. So can we move on from what he might have made two years ago? He definitely isn't going to get a big contract now so why even worry about it? I have no idea where his career will be a year from now but odds say his time as a long term starting quarterback is running low. If you care to talk about the QB evaluation skills of our front office to this point you know where to find me. Until proven otherwise that will continue to define this regime and it looks bleak.

If that's the goal then we sure as hell didn't have to trade three picks and guarantee a 19 million dollar option to Sam Darnold to achieve it.

Did you see what the Patriots did last night...

If you want an oline like that maybe stop encouraging our braintrust to trade away picks like candy just to be known as a cool wheeler and dealer. -
Josh McDaniels should’ve been interviewed!

After his first head coaching stint I wouldn't want to be the guinea pig team to gamble on his next attempt. -
It's been regularly mentioned bc it was that move that began the panic moves that followed in throwing a brinks truck at Bridgewater and gambling on Darnold only to end up right back where we started. Why can't you just speak on your issue with the man? He had a terrible game last Sunday I dropped him in fantasy like a hot potato after that poo. Where are these people giving him sympathy or fawning over him? Speak up.

That Giants loss was when the wheels finally came off and aside from that win in Arizona our HC and his staff have been outcoached on the regular. It doesn't get much lower than being outclassed by Joe Judge and a now unemployed Jason Garrett. But somehow Rhule found a way. That is the 2021 Panthers.
-
That's a lot of justication for some very dicey trading. Don't forget we didn’t just give up three picks for Sam we guaranteed him 19 million dollars starter or not. We are a bad team with limited resources and a very ugly cap situation heading into next season with the highest paid rb in the league who can't stay healthy and the worst oline we have had in many years by far. Mgmt has worsened our predicament.

Person: Rhule could be next, but probably not this year
