Most other people are celebrating our defense that came to play and was opportunistic Rico Dowdle who quite literally carried the offense including a thunderous long run on the final drive and our young kicker who had a very clutch game winner in windy conditions in a tough venue.

Nobody would even know who this guy is if it wasn't for Tom Brady. Instead of trying to flex he should just be grateful he isn't selling pre-owned cars somewhere in the midwest.

Well the reality of the matter is we invested in the OL and particularly the interior OL through the nose the way we did as a direct response to protecting and giving our QB a chance. And we've changed gears entirely and became an old school ground and pound team. It's still way too much to pay to have such an anemic passing game.

Who is ya'll and why are some of you so hard up to carry water for a QB whose bar for acceptable standard is essentially on the ground floor now? We aren't starting a late round pick. He's not Mr. Irrelevant. If you think asking for us to revamp this QB room and bring in actual legitimate young competition is somehow being a bad fan then you are insane.

Considering how lopsided our investment is in the offense versus the defense they are without a doubt holding up their end of the bargain and then some. Now just imagine if we actually had a real passing O.

Absolutely they deserve major kudos especially after that dreadful loss last week. This thread should be many more pages considering how much trash people have talked about the defense for weeks now.

For today I'm just happy with the win. Let the season play out and see how Rico sustains this level of play and go from there.

It's damn nice to finally have a very promising young kicker. Props to Ryan Fitzgerald with ice in his veins.

That was an absurdly clutch kick from Fitzgerald considering what we've endured at kicker over the last few years. Shame people aren't giving him more props.

He had a decent throw for a first down to Coker on the final drive which I give him credit for but the rest of the game from him was completely forgettable. It is what it is. I'm thrilled we defeated the Packers. This locker room needed it after last week. My mindset going forward is we need to do all we can to maximize this core going forward and shoring up the QB room is and should be a major need.

Bruh we just won against the Packers on the road while Bryce Young had the lowest YPA of any qualified passers in the entire league. Celebrate the defense celebrate Rico Dowdle celebrate Ryan Fitzgerald.

It's late in the 4th against a playoff team on the road and we have a defense that is one of the bottom 5 paid units in the league. It's honestly a miracle they even kept us in this game this long given how pathetic our passing offense is.

To simp that hard and not be paid for your efforts is incredible.
