  1. But if we want Watson I don't see how shipping off CMC or Moore appeals to him.
  2. Yeah valid but coaching salaries aren't under the salary cap. And coaches have been making bonkers money in college too. There is certainly validity to the question of QB power structure but I think we're getting there anyway this may only accelerate it. He may not be the only team to consider that either this is a rare unprecedented trade in general.
  3. $84 million for career high 982 receiving yards? The Jaguars* just fuged over everybody.
  4. 30 million guaranteed he earned a nice payday good for him.
  5. It's just a question but it is also a very valid point. If your eyes have been on the Panthers all these years you have supported the league overall and all the owners who have been complicit with these instances have gotten a share of your money
  6. So the lengthy list of other abuses by NFL players never made you second guess your following of this sports league?
  7. If you saw the Giants and Dolphins games you know it was already decimated.
  8. It's okay Steven we'll keep you company. Just take it easy on the anger we wouldn't want you to get yourself too worked up it's only Monday
  9. It might be worth seeing this happen just for all the reactions from people like OldhamA.
  10. Yeah man drafting a long snapper over an olineman was magical for sure.
  11. That and most here are living in lala land thinking they know for certain Deshaun will never see another blemish on his career again. To invest that much in a disgruntled QB was always a staggering risk but we are so desperate for relevancy again we have looked past it.
  12. Actually initially Mike Evans gave the ball away to a random Bucs fan. Tom asked for it back because it "means so much" to him and the fan obliged reluctantly. He got some basic signed gear some tickets and that was it. Then Tom turned around and sold it for half a million dollars and unretired. And yet people in this fanbase are still clamoring to give him his "respect"
  13. The highest paid running back in the NFL who finished the last two seasons on IR is posting cryptic takes about criticism after the team finished with 5 wins for the third consecutive season. What a state this franchise is in.
  14. Meh. That whole situation seems like a powder keg. Thomas is unpredictable and both Kamara and Watson have legal issues that will still be in the public eye and possible suspensions looming. There are multiple ways that marriage could go sideways this is the Saints we are talking about.
  15. Respect only goes so far. Brady may "respect" someone in the offseason but on gameday he wants to run up the score and have his team kick our teeth in. We can be the "aw shucks congratulations Mr. Brady" franchise and stay in the basement or we can get on their level.
  16. Yes let's all please respect our divisional rivals. Surely they offer the same to us and just love keeping us the doormat and subservient
  17. When the Saints org appears more appealing than your own that sums everything up pretty well. Onto the draft.
  18. Ya'll are incredibly dramatic. Rhule or no Rhule we can and will draft one and if need be another. Nobody will force you to stick around either
  19. The "you pick the head coach" approach sounds alright until you get to the part where we inevitably hit a bump in the road and then that might not be so popular in the locker room. Everybody needs a scapegoat.
