  1. I was thinking this as well. But Panthers gotta be the Panthers.
  2. Predominantly you obviously need a star quarterback if you want not just consistent playoffs but Super Bowl appearances. People referencing two or three quarterbacks out of the last 10-15 years are high on hopium and the folks referencing QB's from the 90's 80's and even further need to walk on back to 2022 with the rest of us. We have to draft our guy and stop trading for leftovers.
  3. Don't get your hopes up about this happening unless Rhule completely loses the locker room. The only way Tepper pulls the plug is if and when it becomes a PR nightmare.
  4. You say they are open but you seem to be missing the full picture where all roads lead to Matthew Kenneth Rhule. Let me help you.
  5. His effort can be questionable at times but I can't blame him for tiring of risking it all for the likes of Sam Darnold and Baker Mayfield. Flame our receivers all you want pal. These quarterbacks stink and let's not forget it was Matt Rhule who walked into this building saying how much he wanted to coach Cam Newton and then couldn't wait to get him out of the building and get his own guy. Well we're still waiting....
  6. His effort was questioned in threads this week it isn't my responsibility to keep you updated. You might notice these other discussions if you could take your eyes off me sweet cheeks
  7. I'm sure you can find something better to do than camping out here waiting to get triggered by one of my posts.
  8. I'll believe it when I see it and lawl at Dan Quinn. GTFO with this mess
  9. People trying to drag DJ while caping for Rhule are garbage. I'll go with the WR who has produced big with some of the worst quarterbacks around over a head coach who still doesn't know what a good QB looks like or how to develop one.
  10. Anyone remember CJ Anderson? It's crazy how we moved on from Ron Rivera for who we thought was going to be a young and innovative mind only to see ourselves fall victim to the same stubborn shenanigans.
  11. This is just a running joke within the league now. Even if he plays this weekend it's only a matter of time. It was so stupid to sign him to that extension at the time with no starting QB in place and it only looks worse and worse as time goes on when we are relegated to trading for retread QB's who take us nowhere and are mediocre at best.
  12. That's the expectation but we've heard conflicting whispers about just how warm or cold his seat may be. It really all depends on what note we conclude the season on imo.
  13. Yep. This is where I'm at. After the utter failure of the Darnold trade and the not so good looking results with Baker so far this is the only path forward. We have to develop a young QB. The only problem now is do we have any confidence of that being successful with this lot? I say that because I am not sold on the likelihood that Tepper pulls the plug on the Rhule era next year he fuging hates the fans ie anyone who doesn't suck his dick.
  14. Well for those who do not exist within an echo chamber where everyone is just a hater with an agenda plenty of folks in the sports media world have covered these issues. Yes I would say virtually everyone here even the most so called "negative" fans are and will be pro Panthers so long as the team resides in the Carolinas. If they show up they still obviously give a damn. But yeah as far as Chubba and CMC go this forcefeeding and stubbornness with not utilizing a full backfield has been an issue now with both Rivera and Rhule and it is at the stage now where it is simply maddening. D'onta Foreman has 4 carries after 3 games and despite Chubba Hubbard looking just as boom or bust at best as he did last year. Yes we should be talking about this because the Panthers have had mostly poo for a run game over a full season since Newton stopped carrying the burden.
  15. Matt Rhule should spend some of that 63 million paying these official spokesmen he has on the huddle.
  16. Why don't you just spare the back and forth and just flat out tell someone they are wrong or incorrect. It would bypass this because we both know you are pro Rhule. I hope he turns it around I do not want him to fail bc it would mean at least another year or two of crap at worst and maybe hope for a playoff one and done at best unless we hit on a star QB in the draft. But there are still things that have gone on and continue to go on that are an issue and this is one of them.
  17. His Temple boys. Anyone who was ahead of Brady Christensen last year whom we just couldn't get into the starting lineup in a lost season with nothing to play for because of his arm length or something. Chubba Hubbard who despite having literal bricks for hands still gets more opportunities over D'onta Foreman whom we apparently signed for no reason.
  18. Is it really debatable at this point that Rhule has and still does play favorites to a degree?
  19. Hahaha on that we can agree. But I hope Rhule somehow turns things around.
  20. Doesn't mean it will happen. We were worse in 2019 and we were pretty damn ugly last year going 2-12 after starting 3-0. We haven't had a top 5 pick in over a decade now. I just have no confidence in the likelihood we would actually get that pick you should know as well as I do we will mess around and win one or two to work ourselves out of the top three.
