  1. Involved in a murder investigation before entering the NBA is a legit concern doesn't mean he isn't talented or he is a monster. But for a franchise such as ours we would be fools to dismiss it out of hand and that is completely reasonable. That's all I'm saying.
  2. Talent definitely isn't the question. The issue is down the line which player will be more committed to basketball and not have any major distractions. Why did Miller need a second workout to seem more "engaged"? You can love his size and shooting ability while acknowledging this is a classic Hornets kind of risk with an undisputed high probability of ending the way we suspect based on Miller's off court baggage before his NBA career has even begun.
  3. With the draft 48 hours or so away they are going to keep things close to the vest I don't like it but I understand. As we've gotten closer to draft night I have concluded Scoot should be the pick. What he will bring to the team with his mentality and in the paint in particular is much needed as a threat opposite LaMelo. BM gives me vibes of Bobcats/Hornets busts of years past with his off court concerns. In light of recent events it's too much to not only gamble with that but pass on Scoot and watch him blossom elsewhere. I could be totally wrong. But that's my gut feeling.
  4. Keep the pick and draft BPA. Doing anything more than that is why Mitch Kupchak was run out of L.A.
  5. I have high hopes for TMJ but no matter what happens in camp I need to see it in preseason too. We've already seen the training camp MVP storyline play out before.
  6. KD is washed. My favorite players are on the Hornets unlike some of ya'll that are pooing posts on a Sunday night over someone that plays in a whole different conference. Clearly we are not the same. Maybe try to go hide out on Twitter where they don't know you're really a Warriors fan.

  8. Bandwagons make me sick. CamWhoaaCam I see you.
  9. You can see which boys in here got a Warriors jersey stashed away somewhere.
  10. He's too old now and trusted a goober that believes the earth is flat he made his bed and closed his own window teaming up with Kyrie. Still doesn't change reality from the two seasons he was with the Warriors and a 2x Finals MVP. It's weird some Hornets fans won't tolerate even a hint of Steph Curry slander. But I guess that's all some folks got to lean on. Do what makes you feel better
  11. Keep Steph's manhood in your mouth if you want. Back to back with KD. It is what it is.
  12. I'm not talking about Seth. I'm talking about Steph and the dynasty known as the Warriors. There's no dynasty without KD.
  13. There is validity to your point. But Curry also has 2 less rings without Kevin Durant.
  14. Yeah. Do this and stop listening to the Pelicans thrash around trying to sell off their problems. They were already gifted the rights to draft AD and Zion. Boo fuging hoo. It's our turn.
  15. https://deadspin.com/michael-jordan-nba-charlotte-hornets-lamelo-ball-1850550311 The quote below pretty much sums all this up. "For whatever reason, that never materialized in Buzz City, and how much Mike’s at fault for demeaning his guys’ confidence during games of one-on-one, or re-hiring Steve Clifford, is in the eye of the ticket-holders. I’m not here to give MJ a pass for banking on Frank Kaminsky over Devin Booker, or Malik Monk in lieu of Donovan Mitchell, but I’m also not going to act like small-market franchises ever enter an offseason with leverage."
  16. I've heard vaguely of him speaking to Bouknight. Heard of him speaking to Hayward in trying to lure him here. But I'm talking about actively engaging your players on a consistent basis and trying to help them improve their game and the younger kids transitioning to the NBA not on one random encounter here and there. If you thinks he's done enough or more than he could cool we'll just disagree. But he's the GOAT not some random veteran.
  17. Exactly. Why these two clowns? Jordan is the 90's goat and he refused to bestow knowledge or even an attempt at guiding or developing our young players over the years and then he sells to these two? That's about as close as you can get to a fug you to the fans if I've ever seen one. I'm just saying. And I grew up a massive Jordan fan.
  18. Okay I kinda rescind my final remark. Let JCole have personnel input. The empty suits only need to worry about finances.
  19. Selling the team to two of the most milquetoast meh options available. Fug Michael Jordan.
  20. This really has become the Young vs Stroud redux. Give me either Scoot or Miller and keep building around LaMelo.
  21. Right but those antics are going to get better in Charlotte where we have players of our own beating up on the mother of their children or getting arrested in parking decks asleep at the wheel with a gun in their lap in their downtime?
  22. Their desperation should be a huge red flag. The Pelicans have actually won a playoff series within the last 5 years. Before Zion. They've got nada since. 20 fuging years of no playoff series wins tells me I'd rather roll the dice on Scoot or Miller. I'm amazed some people are loving this. Looks like Stockholm syndrome has set in.
  23. Let's get it done. I can't wait to see the flip flop when ya'll are begging for someone to take Zion.
  24. Now we have them taking Hayward off our hands too?
