Not happening this year unfortunately. I am convinced Tepper wants to make sure this team is absolutely buried DEEP in the cellar before we jettison that turd and find a real professional football coach.

At first I thought "For Cause" meant him being fired just cause' he sucks.

Maybe if we are lucky Coach Rhule will take his shirt off and fling it in the crowd at half time then throw his headset at the bench right before heaving his gloves into the stands and waving goodbye Antonio Brown style. That seems like the only way we will get lucky and not have him next season.

Anybody else not want Watson or Rhule anywhere near this team? Keep Watson and somebody PLEASE get Rhule the hell out of this organization ASAP

How about we pick a very competent offensive lineman who can actually block? I know this concept is foreign under this regime but it is truly okay to draft a good offensive lineman in the first round. Who knows, maybe it will even keep our QB's jersey a little cleaner at games end.

If true then why does Rhule have the power on roster decisions which is why he came here in the first place. I mean can anybody not make a decision and then to the media claim "we" to make it sound like a team effort?

I wasn't on the 2012 train of pitch forks on the air and was patient but Matt Rhule is COMPLETELY different. This guy has proven how he can't even handle the smallest of tasks for an NFL coach during a game and he was given full control? Huge difference in 2012 and today. If Rhule is coach we will NOT be in any playoffs next season and please mark my words on this and copy it and being it back up if we are. I am 99.9999% sure you won't be bringing their thread up next year because we WILL NOT be in any playoffs with Rhule as the coach. Please quote me on that. You sure are gravely mistaken.

Cam mist definitely ha snot looked like 2015 Cam and I think we all can agree that he probably won't because he is definitely in the twilight of his career and the injuries have most definitely mounted up on him. With that said though how come NO QUARTERBACK has looked decent under Rhule at all? How come Teddy looked mediocre with us yet went to Denver and though not a world beater has looked better out there away from Rhule? Yes is agree Cam doesn't have much left in the tank any longer but Rhule is LOTS to blame for all their bad QB play from all our guys. Hell, even though I don't think Darnold is an NFL starter if he goes to another team with half way competent coaching I bet he looks like a solid backup. It starts with Rhule and with the offensive line he has built to protect our QB's it's no wonder they all look like ass out there. Rhule wanted "full control" over personnel so Rhule is very much to blame for Cam's struggles. Rhule built the weak foundational wall that is supposed to protect Cal and all the other QB's. This all very much falls on Rhule as he is our leader who had to have so much control. You want full control? Well cool then but be prepared to accept full responsibility of it does not work out well with personnel chosen on the field. Instead Rhule deflects blame and throws our players under the bus in press conferences. That is a pure sign of a bull poo leader. He needs to go.

Why not have a printer that can't do anything else? We have offensive lineman who can't even block and a head coach who can't even coach. Seems rationale to start hiring punters that can't even punt or a kicker that can't kick right? I'm surprised with how bad our coaches are that we even have a punter that can even punt a football.

Fire Rhule Hire a coach that isn't a buffoon wanting full control of everything At least those two items would be very nice for Christmas but I have a bad feeling we are not getting any sort of "Fire Rhule" wish for Christmas and he will be our guy next season as well unfortunately.

Did he find his way onto an NFL teams practice squad somewhere? I had always thought once he was cut that he would not even make a teams roster. We seem to employ a number of offensive lineman and QB's year after year that I don't think could make any other teams roster other than ours. I wish this trend would stop.

I have been feeling same way as you. I've always supported them no matter what and wanted to watch games but this stretch and the decisions made by Rhule each of the past two seasons combined with his ability to each season screw up our QB's and never address the OL while somehow throwing our guys under the bus in press conferences and also compliment guys 5 minutes before cutting them just had me a absolutely hating Rhule and wanting his ass fired IMMEDIATELY. We will never get better with this guy at the leadership point. This guy who wanted so much power over everything but has proven he deserves none of it at all. He needs stripped of everything and cast away like an old used tampon or some ass paper that just wiped a fresh shut smear away. Get this piece of garbage out of Charlotte please Tepper!

You are EXACTLY right. I was thinking the same damn thing yesterday as I watched that game some while sitting on the couch. I had this feeling if jealousy come over me and was wondering how they could be winning with QB's that are not NFL starters. Then I realized, oh they have a very solid coaching staff with a head coach I absolutely hate and think is a pretty disgusting human being but that dude can flat out coach. As much as I can't stand Payton for meany reasons over the years I must admit he is a great coach as far as getting the most out of his players and properly evaluating players. Our head coach could not hold Payton's nut sack or even come close to him in anything football related at all.

I want to go on record as "indicating" that Tepper is holding Matt Rhule too long and he needs to get rid of that quicker. I Mena since Rhule seems cool with throwing any if our guys under the bus to make his own ass look better it's cool if others throw him under the bus as well. The team does not even play hard out there. He has lost them and if he continues to throw guys under the bus in press conferences they will start to revolt one by one. Some will want trades while others will just stop caring all together. Get his ass out of here and don't let him have another year to wreck this team at worse than he already has!

My biggest take away from all of that is Rhule is cool with throwing his own players under the bus. Obviously it is a small attempt to save his own ass in some way shape or form. He is not an NFL level leader. He can lead a medium sized college program as he had proven but right now we see that is his ceiling. He should go back to that and leave the NFL head coaching to real actual NFL capable head coaches.

Bills haven't looked that great lately and somehow I'm guessing they take their frustrations out on our team.

Do not want Deshaun "Happy Ending" Watson. He will be way more of a distraction than he is worth. His salary sucks too and the price for him seemed so high I wouldn't have wanted him even if he had a squeaky clean life. While I'm on the subject how is it that for years Cam got do much poo from so many yet never did anything criminally wrong since he has been in the NFL yet Watson can allegedly somehow be the a serial sex offender and get no more crap than Cam got? I don't get it? All that damn money and pull yet the dude can't go score some ass at a bar like everyone else does? Speaks volumes of his intelligence. Screw that, I wouldn't want that moron leading our team.
