Yes apparently Matt Rhule is safe and that is our reality and it SUCKS. I am not even the least bit excited for next season.

Can we fire Fatt Rhule and immediately hire Flores? Flores was not the problem in Miami and is a damn good coach I believe.

Can we trade him for anything at all? Like even a no name practice squad player if the next team takes his contract? Would anyone at all bite on it? If Cam isn't coming back I would just assume March PJ out there next year as starting QB. At least he is fun to watch.

I hate seeing Cam joh off the field in that picture with no "C" on his chest and just quietly making his way off knowing it's over. Why the hell didn't they play him.more today with NOTHING on the fugging line!!!! I know Rhule don't care poo for Cam but we as fans do and maybe WE wanted to see some Cam today for the last time. Man fug Rhule with fire hydrant. I can't stand that guy and want his ass gone!

Cam has a good career waiting for him in entertainment. If you saw him on his shoe on Nickelodeon he just has a knack with kids and hosting etc. He should be in a Michael Strahan type situation. I hope he sees his opportunity and takes it. My kid loved him as a player and as a the personality. He meant the world to the community of Charlotte and the franchise. I will forever love Cam as a player. Also loved how he proved the talking heads wrong that said he would be garbage as a player and also as a person. Fact of the matter is when he was in his prime he was a hell of a great player, grew into a wonderful leader, was always a great role model to the kids at the stadium, and showed each and every day that his smile was as genuine as it gets. After Cam was gone the first time it should have been a written law that all players continue to give touchdown football's to kids in the stands as Cam started. That loving gift to the kids is a part of his legacy. I was so impressed how he made every player give a ball to a kid after touchdowns. He didn't get enough credit for how awesome a human he was. His skills set may be diminishing some now because of how hard he played and how he was willing to bang heads with anybody who wanted to try to tackle him which took a toll on his body but nobody can deny how dominant he was in his prime before his body gave out on him. Damn I miss those days. Years down the line we will all look back at Can with a smile and see how nostalgic it is to look back on that big fearless QB who ran the ball like a fullback and had a rifle for an arm. When he retires please BEG him to retire a Panther and give him the send off he deserves. I can't even express what he meant to my child in terms of a football hero. For that I will always love Cam. He was in my living room every week for countless years either on the field or on Nickelodeon. Thanks for all the memories.

Why would you want a coach whose job isn't safe UNLESS her hires a rockstar offensive coordinator to be hiring an offensive coordinator in the first place anyhow? What? I don't get the whole thought process here?

I would be willing to bet money on the fact that Rhule is not going anywhere at all this season and probably next as well unfortunately. It's a clown show for at very minimum an entire next season and probably the next after too.

Who are you doing a hit on this week? I'm glad nobody has put a contract out on me yet. That would kind of suck.

Oh I agree. I've been saying we unfortunately are probably getting two more seasons of crap coaching with Rhule. It's going to be a hard road the next couple seasons.

If you are implying color had ANYTHING to do with it that is ridiculous. I do agree Sam is his man but has zero to do with color. I absolutely hate Rhule and want his ass gone today. For whatever reason Rhule will live and die by his crap QB choices the past two season and next season may have another crap QB to trot out for us. He does not like Cam it seems which I don't understand the dislike in such a likeable and good Panther ambassador as Cam is. We should have had Cam the past two seasons until they found and drafter a good young QB for Cam to help groom himself as Derek Anderson helped groom Cam. Rhule is a complete douche in my opinion and made choices that huddlers said would be a mistake then learned later it was a mistake but as much as I hate Rhule one thing is obvious color does not have one damn thing to do with any decisions he makes so that great white hope comment is BS through and through. Why even bring color into it?

I will have some of what Tepper is smoking if he thinks another year with Rhule is going to help this organization!!

Man you are very optimistic but that's about what I'm predicting. I was thinking 8 wins and close to .500 so it makes Tepper claim the ship is turning around and he keeps Rhule for two more seasons including next. Wethen go through a few more Sam Darnold types at QB and the offensive line continues to suck balls and get whatever QB we put back there killed.

And I'm going to second that. Why in gods name would Tepper want another year with this clown?!?!?

Oh boy, of Leftwich is in the same boat as Bieniemy then forget that. You are right, it's the Adam Gase scenario all over again with Leftwich if that is the case. I will have to look up Hackett and Callahan. You have me curious now.

I like Leftwich the Bucs offensive coordinator a little better personally. Doesn't Andy Reid do Bieniemy's job for him basically from what I've read? This is what has made Bieniemy stick around as a candidate for a head coaching job longer with him not truly having all the duties of a full offensive coordinator like control of play calling?

When you see all this you begin to understand that yep, he may have se sort of mental illness but it's quite obvious he is also a huge arrogant jack ass with little loyalty to any friends and little regard for anyone at all other than himself and his own best interests. He also does not seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed releasing more and more interviews showing just how much of a jerk he truly is. He supposedly wants to play in the NFL again but is so foolish that he keeps shooting himself in the foot by running his big mouth and each day showing just how much of a cancer he is to a team.

Why does it seem like everyone from all former players to regular everyday tubby message board guys seem to realize what's wrong with this crap team except Rhule and his boys? How is this even possible? Why does this dude even have a job this evening and how in the absolute hell will he still have a job after black Monday which we all know Tepper is going to keep this turd around for at least another year maybe two. Absolutely blows my mind. Somebody please show Rhule the door ASAP!
