By Sam Delusional do you mean when he did that podcast interview and said he felt like he was doing well? I listened to that one and it sort of shocked me as well. I was thinking there for a minute that maybe I was mental and I completely missed his play in games last year and was delusional myself but went back and saw some clips and realized it was just Sam who was.

I rember that! I was more or less just reading the board and never posted at that time but his weekly stories were always fun to read and always made me laugh even when we had a horrible team. The guy can just flat out write a great poo story and also a great story on current state of the Panthers week to week for sure!

I am hopeful every season but I need to see more out of some high draft picks we have taken the past few years, some decent QB play again not seem since the days of pre injury Cam and need to see some consistent good quality coaching and I will believe it as well. I sure hope we improve.

Ehhh, I'm 50/50 on that. I don't know what to expect from this year's team so I'm going to hold off on any predictions and just hope for the very best. I think whatever Baker said was blown somewhat out of proportion or it may not have been who knows. Either way I just want him to perform well and want to see some decent QB play again. I don't feel like I have seen decent consistent QB play since before Cam was hurt. I'm so tired of seeing QB play like Teddy never taking chances and throwing the ball 3 yards on a 3rd and 7 or Sam throwing interceptions that make me scratch my head or PJ running around the the backfield and throwing the ball to wherever and doing whatever the heck he had done in his limited opportunities that were exciting but at the same time not good QB play either.

We need some guys stepping up like Derrick Brown. If he could make a jump and a few others we could be a solid D. I hope it happens. I'm not sure what to predict for this year as I feel it could go either way. I don't have super high expectations but I have super high hopes that some guys who have been very quiet will make a big jump and be one what I had hoped they would.

I've been critical in the past but I will damn sure take positive as well. I never root against our team and hope every season we will be great. I hope Rhule is truly a great coach and does turn it around this season. I won't bet money on him doing that but I would love to have my opinion proven wrong! I am all for Rhule's success of he can be but at same time I am for him being held accountable if we are not.

I like him too and when healthy is one of the top backs in the league. Plus he was awesome to my kid when he met him in May. I have no idea what stunting means though. From the way you wrote it Im guessing it means prove them wrong, make them eat their words or do so well by returning to old form that it makes the people who wanted him gone change their minds and thats cool I'd love to see it. I've come to like CMC as I have Cam and Luke and a few others who are to me just Panthers through and through.

Sounds like it could be true. If you have the talent and can't even make a team as a third string QB it has to be something such as attitude or work ethic. What an epic blown opportunity his career has been.

I remember him. He used to stand on the sidelines like a corpse emotionless. I was young but I called him zombie coach. It appeared they wheeled him out on a lift like a statue and then wheeled him back in when the game was over. That guy truly did not give a crap and was just standing there collecting a paycheck. I thought he was a great coach with the 49ers but apparently he was riding some coat tails with someone else's roster as he was bottom of the barrel bad and cared not one bit about it. What an ass he was. I think a dead body was more animated than that waste of space.

What exactly was his deal? Good in college but his career had been absolutely horrendous in the NFL. Can't even catch on as a backup. I don't understand how some guys hit the stars while others fall so far. You've got late round picks that end up making a long career in the NFL while guys who stood out in college and became high round picks completely bust out. With Rosen I don't think it was injuries but is he that bad to the point that a team does not even want him for a 3rd string backup?

Something about him makes me think he is going to be a valuable future piece to the puzzle and be a solid benefit to the team. He just has that vibe to me. Kind of like the Stephen Davis pick up was years ago. I knew he could play but I wasn't thinking it would be super special and then BOOM we caught some lightning in a bottle. I feel like this guy could be it as well for some strange reason. Stats aren't bad at all for where he was. Compare him to our TMJ and there is no comparison at all. He has been available to play and has shown up a d gotten open to make the catches he has. I think he will be a good player for us as time goes on.

So why did the Dolphins cut Sony Michel? Wasn't he pretty decent last year especially during the second half of the season? He seems like a guy who would be a heck of a great free agent pick-up for a team since the fins cut him.

I'm excited to see what this guy can do. He seems like he has some good potential. I was a huge supporter of TMJ myself and believed this was the year he would make a jump into stardom but it appears I was totally off on that one so maybe this guy can turn into my next big hope. I'm rooting for him.
