Hard to have a bunch of receivers with 1000 yards seasons when the QB only completes 2000 yards worth. The point: A good QB will elevate his receivers and they will look better on paper. A bad QB is going to bring the receivers down to his level.

Tbh, that's kinda how the NFL works. You can't have a QB throw for 5000 yards without your pass catchers also getting 5000 yards. A good QB makes their skill positions look better, and vice versa.

Last year's draft proves you wrong. People aren't taking 2nd round QB's in the top 10 willy nilly. If that was the case, last year's draft would have gone very, very different.
