To your defense, I'd love to see Oubre take the next step, but he has proven to me that he is not, nor will never be, a star. He lost me this season when they were up by 2 with 20-30 seconds left and jacked up a bad 3 when all they needed was a 2 to put the game away. He constantly takes bad shots and has shown no basketball IQ of when to pull the trigger. We don't need him.

Get out of here with this crap. Oubre may score 20 points, but he takes 30 shots to get it. How may times has he jacked up bad 3's and killed the team? He may very well be a solid player one day, but his lack of awareness is terrible.

As is just about every other putrid decision this team has made. Adam Morrison? Monk over Mitchell? Hayward? Sense a theme here? MJ needs to stay in his lane, which is the business and PR side and let the basketball people do their job. Hasn't he proved to himself by now that his emotional decisions are never good? Something big needs to change, or we will be in the toilet forever with this franchise.

I can get on board with that, BUT, not sure I trust MJ to make the right picks. Look at his record, he always seems to choose the wrong guys and never seems to fix those issues. I am sure you can tell by my posts, but I don't want to see Oubre on this team any longer, he is not showing any development in knowing when to stop shooting. Bench his ass and develop the younger guys. Also, bury Hayward on the bench too since he clearly does not want to play.

Common theme with this team, literally ALL of Fhule's Favorites are turning out to be bad and his dog-housers are stepping up. Oh, how bad was that guy? And don't say PJ, he is just the lesser of the suck. Fhule CHOSE Darnold and I bet he made the decision on Baker.
