Jackson reminds me of Captain Munnerlyn. That guy played his heart out every game even though he was physically limited. The coaches have to protect guys like that from themselves, as they'll play until they drop and get injured. Does that surprise anyone? None of these guys want to play team ball, they want to be the scorer. Ball is about the only one who actually wants to distribute on a regular basis and even he shoots more than he should now.

I'd say it is because these players are all selfish and have no idea what their role is supposed to be. They all want to be the "hero" and make 3's. Their shot selections is terrible and they don't care, they want to score as much as they can and will then demand to dollar. Hint- it isn't just about hitting 3's, you need to play a role and make your teammates better.

And think, Fhule almost never played him either. I guess he was not "one of us" (aren't we all glad about that, "us" seems to mean you suck)
