    Kyle Bailey had an excellent point on this a few weeks ago- Tepper does not want another Wilks type situation, firing Reich and making Evero interim will basically mean Evero is the next guy. Can you imagine the backlash if yet another black coach is denied the role? Before you attack, I am in no way saying that race has a factor here, but optically, you cannot have it.

    Holy hell, he should just keep his mouth shut at this point. HE is responsible for the design of this O and constantly calling plays that players are not capable of running is telling. What an all-star coaching staff, the players literally cannot perform what is being expected of them.

    Anyone still think we picked the right QB in the draft? Levi's looks serviceable and the others (CJ) looked really good. Bryce has looked like he doesn't even belong on a practice squad.

    Stop with the excuses. Our "super processor" of a QB is anything but. This franchise has poo the bed and we are all living it. Bryce is a bust and we need to all admit it. He does not have the physical talent to be a franchise QB, and does not seem to have the mental game either. We are in for a long down time.

    Seems to me that this is an epidemic with Charlotte coaches. They all seem to have systems that do not translate to the modern games. If Cliff cannot adjust, then he needs to go ASAP. There is no excuse for this level of play year after year.

    Let's be honest, it is time for Clifford to go. For a guy who preaches D, his teams never seem to actually play any. His lack of success there proves that the team must not actually listen to anything he says and just tries to play hero ball.
