  1. He isn't gonna sit out but either way we're about to *overpay* him. He has all the leverage here considering we turned down 2 1sts and a 2nd round pick from the Rams. He's waiting on Nick Bosa to reset the market. I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up getting 26-28m a year.
  2. @The Crown and the ClawYou hear anything on this? Pls tell us this isn't true lmao
  3. https://twitter.com/FieldYates/status/1639986838105468929 DJ Chark has a cap hit of 1.8 million this season and 3m next year. 4 voided years. This tells me we aren't done in free agency yet. I could see us going after Leonard Floyd
  4. I know Carr is better then the likes of Mayfield and Darnold but I find it really hard to believe the coaching staff and F.O. are gonna go after a veteran QB again when that's what got Reich fired in Indy and is the same thing we've been dealing with. Just seems like it would be a tough sell to the fanbase especially considering Carr isn't gonna come cheap.
  5. "Reports out of Minnesota about Harbaugh's interview last year with the Vikings made Tepper wary, sources say. A lengthy interview between the Vikings and Harbaugh last January didn't result in an offer, and sources describe Harbaugh's behavior during the interview as "odd."" "After firing Rhule this season, Tepper was believed to eventually eye an offensive-minded coach already in the NFL. Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, Cowboys offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, Bills offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey could be among the coaches that Carolina requests to interview."

  7. I really hope we don't give Wilks the full time HC job he's done well but his 2 wins have came against the Falcons who have a bottom 5 roster in the NFL and the Bucs who were in free fall in the beginning of the year. We need to find an offensive minded HC.
  8. Great story by Jeremy Fowler of ESPN. Has some details from behind the scenes of Rhule's tenure in Carolina. https://archive.ph/o6jZP#selection-14307.0-14316.2
  9. His PFF score through week 2 was good but from week 3 onwards it started going downhill. He was regressing every week. He just doesn't get the push in the run game like Bozeman can.
  10. Don't know why we had Pat Elflein starting over Bozeman all season..

    CJ Stroud

I'm telling you guys we're overthinking this. Bryce Young has everything you want in a QB and we shouldn't pass on him if we have a chance to draft him. I'll take the risk that he could get injured in the NFL but he's too talented to pass on.
  12. I know a lot of people on here don't want Bryce Young because of his frame but these stats in regards to CJ Stroud should be more worrying imo.
  13. I don't see the point in trading CMC unless someone offers a good deal. I.E. 1st round pick. CMC can be a great safety valve for the rookie QB we draft next year. There's also an out on his contract after 2023 where we can save 8m and 12m in 2024/2025 since his contract is non-guaranteed 2023-2025.
  14. Bad cap situation in 2023 and Shaq Thompson saves us the most money (13m). He's the most logical choice if he's not traded or cut he probably gets extended to lower his cap hit for next year.
  15. Bryce Young is just different imo. He never panics in the pocket and is great at improvising when the play breaks down and creates out of structure. The only concern with him is his small frame.
