  1. This secondary is who we thought they were. The D won't be elite with those guys back there.
  2. Well I guess at least the D got some sort of break. Time to keep pounding.
  3. Send Smith home now and bring Poole back. He should have been gone in the preseason. This is ridiculous.
  4. Alright, no more bs, time to let superman fly and give this D a much needed breather.
  5. Never thought TD could make it part of the season and he's back out there better than before. Amazing story. Now lets see the offense keep it going from where they left off.
  6. Captain looks really good jumping up 10 yards away from the play CJ not having any of it.
  7. Soft zone and lazy man to man, it doesn't matter how much pressure you get.
  8. D is on fire, but lets give them a chance to catch their breath with a long drive. Too many 3 and outs and they are going to be dragging.
  9. Maybe she was testing out google glass. Or maybe the guy in the other car was just really really ridiculously good looking.
  10. I've made my own with greek yogurt before, kill two birds with one stone... healthy protein. And throw some lintels on there for good measure.
  11. Where is your protein? Is your goal just to lose weight or tone up? I'm just asking because I've done a lot of losing weight the wrong way for my body and I just kept going around in circles. You will lose weight on a diet like that, but some of the weight is going to be muscle mass.
  12. I checked my weight and I'm up 8lbs from about 3 months ago. I actually think it a decent amount of muscle to fat by the looks of it, but I really need to get a good bmi reading. I've been doing some cardio before my workouts to warm up, but haven't been doing a lot after lifting.
  13. Went ahead and bought some lifting straps today. Those calves won't be happy when I up the weight on those dumbbell raises.
  14. I haven't been very sore from the past couple or workouts. I at least thought I'd be feeling it in my lats more. Probably going to hit shoulders today, try to work something new in.
  15. Next thing you'll tel me is that they don't even like my "do you even lift?" pickup line.
  16. "Nice" was just a very broad term to describe them.
  17. I've been waiting to ask one of the nice girls at the front desk of golds about it and not the one that looks like she already hates me.
  18. My shoulders haven't kicked in yet but my legs were killing me today...and my abs...I coughed earlier and thought I'd have to call an ambulance.
  19. Any of you guys watch Dom on youtube, he's pretty funny, gives some stop-on gym advice.
  20. I hope that's all it takes, I'll be in good shape. Seriously, I had never really taken creative regularly prior to about the last month. I have noticed an increase in strength, not huge, but noticeable and should hopefully help me get better results. It's not going to make you huge by itself, so I would worry about that.
  21. I'm not a huge sweets person so I like how they are not overly sweet and have a nice peanut butter flavor. My coworkers have affectionately named them cow pie cookies.
  22. Ah yeah, unfortunately it's leg day here as we'll when I get off. Been trying to hit at least the calves every couple of days.
  23. 0 fat plain greek yogurt with a scoop of vanilla protein powder makes for a nice protein snack. You'll be getting 40+ grams. I usually have that before bed. Protein bars just taste so bad. I ended up just making chocolate peanut butter protein powder cookies for when I need an extra snack. I've still been trying to hit the gym hard. Can't say I've really seen any obvious results as of yet, but I do feel like I've gotten stronger....of course the creatine helps. Working out on Saturdays with biscuit has been nice too, helps me stay motivated trying to keep up with him.
