No one ever brings that up. If all this doesn’t work out we’re looking down the barrel of not being relevant again until 2030.

Peter King on Panthers and Deshaun Watson
CanePantherHornet replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
I want Deshaun but I also don’t want a trade that knee caps us for half a decade. -
Winning that Washington game fuged us hard. Great win for the culture though!

2nd best DT in our history. Good luck to him in whatever is next.

Mahomes as a prospect was basically what Trey Lance is this year. The difference maker for him was being drafted by the greatest QB coach in NFL history, getting to sit for a year, and being surrounded by elite level skill position players.

fug that noise. The NBA is the worst of all the major leagues when it comes to parity and it’s 100% because they let the inmates run the asylum.

I thought it was funny. Some people need to lighten up.

Breaking down the David Tepper interview - My Thoughts
CanePantherHornet replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
I'm pretty sure Tepper got honey dicked by Rivera and Hurney. I guarantee they blamed everything on Gettleman. -
Our old buddy Josh McCown has a job opportunity...
CanePantherHornet replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
I've never understood the fascination with McCown. No one has ever been rewarded more for being so bad. -
Tepper Speaks - Throws shade on Teddy?
CanePantherHornet replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
This dude acting like an NFL professional who was just hired as GM doesn't even know who are QB is lol -
Teddy starts at least half of the season, ideally all of it while Trey Lance gets a year of development.

I laughed when he said the team is going to take on the character of the city. I guess he's going to be drafting subpar players and beg the NFL for bailouts every few years.

BAHAHAHAH - Marty interviewing with Washington Football Team
CanePantherHornet replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Imagine putting Marty Hurney in charge of finding your franchise QB. He thought Will Grier was a 1st round talent and the best QB in his draft. -
BAHAHAHAH - Marty interviewing with Washington Football Team
CanePantherHornet replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Imagine looking at the fuging mess they made here and thinking its a bright idea to give them the keys to your franchise. You get what you deserve. -
At some point fuvk Devante's confidence!!
CanePantherHornet replied to WOW!!'s topic in Charlotte Hornets
Lamelo has made him worse. Its like he's been trying way too hard since Melo got drafted, probably because he knows he'll be the one getting benched eventually. He doesn't take what he's given, as soon as he touches the ball now he tries to force things. He chucks shots that he has no business taking. -
Everyone speculating about compensation really has no idea what the price is going to be. There's so many factors going in to this that its impossible to predict. 1) They're most likely going to have a fire sale. Their team is fuged for the next few years regardless because of BOB's moves. JJ Watt and Deshaun are both expected to be gone. I don't know if this raises or lowers trade value. 2) Nick Caserio. The Patriots have a tendency to just say fug it and let go of players for less than they're really worth. 3) Deshaun has a no trade clause. That has to lower the compensation since he can just say no to any team for any reason. If he wants to come here or any other specific team he can just deny any other trade and we can low ball them. 4) This is an unprecedented scenario. There has never been a 25 year old QB that is this good demanding a trade. Carson Palmer, Jimmy G, Sam Bradford, and more have all been traded but none were nearly as good as Watson. Jay Cutler is the only one remotely comparable and he got two firsts, while being much less talented than Watson.

Pat McAfee was poking fun at him for interviewing for every single job and not getting one. He could at least pretend like he's not going to take the first head coaching gig offered to him.

Because Andy Reid always makes quarterbacks and widereceivers look good?
