Tepper hires people to do their jobs, 7 yr deal for coach, got him a good GM i think Tepper likes being around the war room, but he listens to the people he hired…he is not going to be forcing decisions on them but wants to be there when big ones are made…he hired people that will stand up to him, and did that by design where we are going to be hearing & getting possibly pissed about Tepper is on the new stadium stuff…(he already got rid of the grass)…he absolutely will build his new one in SC if the price is right and Charlotte city council flubs it up
