  1. Lol I'm happy that he's back. But he gets held to the same standards as everyone else. Was it not underthrown? Did DJ not have to slow down? If it was Allen, PJ or Darnold you'd say underthrown. Buy obviously it's to be expected he only had one day to throw.
  2. The 2 pointer was more than 10 yds. Cam had one throw over 10 yds and it was underthrown. Correction the 2pt was probably 9 yds. My bad.
  3. 45 plays isn't very much. Not enough for a game There are hundreds of plays in a playbook. Jon Gruden had a playbook thicker than the Los Angeles Yellow Pages — remember those? — so I asked him your question. He said that while there are hundreds of plays in a typical playbook, most teams select between 75 and 100 pass plays for a game, and 15-20 running plays when assembling a game plan for a given week.
  4. This is what I know they have two great defensive minds that know a whole lot about our two best offensive weapons. But they are decimated by injuries right now. No young no sweat. Starting corner doubtful. Offensively I think one tackle is banged up and they just signed a TE off the street. We should have an advantage health wise.
  5. The observer buzzed him for a concussion
  6. I also think it's a valid point besides playbook that Cam isn’t in playing shape yet We are at a point where we are going to desperately need him down the stretch and I don't want to push his body too hard too soon. Washington is beat up. They are missing tons of people. We shouldn't need too much from Cam to win.
  7. I say Cam should get every snap inside the 30 and probably 35 to 40 percent of total snaps. I still like my idea of a goaline play with PJ at QB Cam at RB Cmac in slot off the left hash moving right. That's a whole lot for a D to try and stop
  8. Yeah I don't have Russ in yet either. He needs to get to 350TD passes probably. He's close tho. You're entitled to your opinion but if you have eyes Russ throws a better ball and distributes points better. Hopefully this move works for us. If he's pre Watt 2018 Cam that will work.
  9. Defense doesn't do this In 2020 he became just the third quarterback in NFL history to throw for 30 touchdowns in four consecutive seasons.[12]
  10. What??? Are you that big of a Homer? 2 Superbowls including a ring More touchdowns. Most likely more yards Lol what other metric is there?
  11. I'm using talk to text so sometimes it doesn't translate correctly If what it has to do with Cam is Russell is a better quarterback than Cam he has more touchdowns than Cam. That if you didn't say he was 1st ballot I would call your ratings suspect because he is superior to Cam with less ability
  12. Great Football player Good to pretty good QB The reason I say not HOF is simply because people ITT have called him a HOF QB . And people on this board act like He's 2nd all time just behind Brady. I have no problem with Cam. Great human being I love what he does with the children in the community great teammate great leader Is very good football player still definitely is a great addition to the team I just have problems with the people on this board that make him out to be more than what He is.
  13. He's a great Football player. How many times do I need to say that. Just not a HOF QB.
  14. The vast majority of Cams rushing TDs could have simply been handed to Jstew.
  15. Yes but at quick glance for QBs that have been in the league 7 years or more he is 1 td pass out of next to last place among career leaders. Tannehill has 190 and Carr has 185. So with way more seasons he's killing the esteemed duo of Ryan and Derek. LMAO
  16. Look at his td to int ratio for every year except 2015. One great season. One
  17. Lol not as a QB. He'll need 20k passing yards Prob 180 more passing tds 1 ring to get in.
  18. Damn unfortunately I have to get back on the road. Heading back to Raleigh from Pittsburgh.
  19. Noon. Not in NFL history. I'm not putting him ahead of. Larry Csonka Earl Campbell Emmitt Smith Jerome Bettis Walter Payton. I could probably pick 15 more guys ahead of him
  20. I want to win. I am being objective about Cam. If he can pull a Trent Dilfer (which you guys say is impossible in the "Modern NFL) I'll give him tons of credit.
  21. Do you think he's a great passer? Outside of one single season isn't he like 18 tds and 13ints a year on average without looking it up?
  22. But he's always been average to below average as a passer. Passing the ball is the mark of a QB. You need a passer to win a championship.
