AR15 is physically limited to placement and possibly mentally limited right now. Sam is mentally limited but improving. If I'm taking a gamble it's on Sam.

Running QBs can't throw. Multiple people have tried to explain this to you. A QB that can beat you from the pocket but can run when he wants is not a running QB. He is a mobile QB.

Justin Fields absolutely sucks and he's 2 years in. Fields can't win from the pocket.

Look at his history. He only averages around 190yds a game in the air. The odds of him suddenly becoming a 300yd game guy are long. Secondly where are his average completions? If memory serves and I very well could be wrong most of his completions are short. The guy just hasn't seemed to get better through the air the last few years. Again like everyone said if he's so great why would the Ravens let him go?
