    That's still not good enough. If his physical ceiling is less than Darnold even though his mental level is way higher it's not good enough. Can he win us a Superbowl in the next 5 years yes or no. If the answer is no then he shouldn't be here. I only care about winning a championship.

    I understand that at no time would anyone with a brain not instantly trade for the other guys on that list. You honestly think he's better than Rodgers at any point in his career? Brady? Wilson? No, he could never throw the ball that well. Never.

    He was never a top 5 QB. He was a great Football player for us. One of the best we ever had. But on average he was the 10th best QB in the league. Elite is top 5 and when he was playing Brady, Breese, Wilson, Rodgers, Roethlisberger, Rivers were all way better. MVP doesn't mean best QB.

    James I don't think there's a QB that can get us to a Superbowl victory out there right now including Cam Newton that's available. I don't think there's a good enough college QB. I don't think Howell is it. I could be wrong on the college QBs tho.

    If we do sign him he will win some games and it will just keep our Superbowl hopes pushed back 5 or 6 more years. Honestly it's the wrong move if you're thinking long term and championship. Cam doesn't have the ability to win a Superbowl. Oh well you got your wish for a feel good dopamine rush.

    Honestly he doesn't. Rushing TDs are football plays not QB plays. If someone was to say Cam last year was a good football player I would agree. Someone saying Cam was a good QB last year I would disagree.
