He has enough tape out there to show he can be a lockdown but MAYBE he just doesn't want to play here? He has been awfully slow to recover from his injuries at such a young age Son of a former player who's also a man of questionable character https://assets.espn.go.com/nfl/news/2002/0128/1319126.html I am starting to wonder if he's taking his sweet ole time to nurse those injuries, we don't pick up that 5th year option and he goes on to be a Saints legend lockdown CB

don't be... or use it to put yourself where you envision.... Even if you can't buy a property now think about rental arbitrage where you rent a property with the intent to sublet it for a short term rental. Meaning rent a house you think will do well via Airbnb (rules permitting from the owner) at we'll say $2500 a month, get $5k a month in airbnb revenue and keep the difference minus expenses. This lets you dabble in real estate without financially committing to a down payment, etc. If real estate isn't your forte, think of what you can do to generate revenue streams that make you money after you begin investing those seeds and harvest Rich is making money, sure. Doctor X is "rich" because he/she makes $700k a year, but Doctor X also spends $750k a year so this person is NOT wealthy, if they break their leg, they are toasted Wealth is managing money, putting it to work while you do things you want to be doing. Vanguard funds are a great way to stash money and make double digit returns (typically 10-14%) without much market research needed at your end you're 40 if you put in $5k today and every month contributed $250 at a 13% rate of return, you'd be looking at a nice setup in your mid 60s -

my father is a retired contractor... we lived an upper middle class life and I learned valuable lessons on hard work from him. If $70k in the 90s was rich, then yea we were banking! -

I focused on Airbnb 3 years ago and this was 6 months revenue from May, on pace to crush it this year self taught but was driven that once I sold my company I never wanted to ‘work’ again now I install BBQ grills at the properties, make sure people having awesome time at the various unique properties we have and really don’t need to answer to anyone or anything. I focus intensely on being there for my boys in a crazy world. At 34 you have your world ahead of you, don’t expect others to build your escape and dream, it is YOU and only you who can build that escape/dream my personal dream was to be retired by 45 and never have to put myself under anyone’s mercy and I achieved that by spending every moment of my time getting there -

In my professional life I’ve done just fine sold my company to a private equity firm and have built a very nice monthly income stream buying several unique short term rentals. My biggest challenge of the day is going to Costco buying paper towels and stocking all the properties. I’m beyond lucky and grateful to be retired at 41 with time to attend my boys football games, pick them up from school, play PlayStation with them, etc- 35 replies

This team had a window They could have likely had a SB last season or on pace this season to get it had they traded their first rounder for CMC Instead of CMC, they took Dalton Kincaid SF rolled the dice and they are primed to win it all Bills took Kincaid and that team looks like this decade's version of the talented and perpetually underachieving Chargers We "Panthers" could have likely used that first round pick as part of the package to get Young and not had to get rid of Moore
