If Scott F stays, that means Tepper is not about to relinquish quasi control on football personnel / operations, he wants a yes man who presents to him and Nicole FA options / draft options to choose. It has become clear as day that Scott Fitterer is no more than middle management paper tiger, just does what the boss tells him to do and will be the fall guy when needed. Fitterer's body of work is damning enough for any reasonable owner to fire him. If Fitter is fired and we hired a true President of football, a competent GM and start a true coaching search, then MAYBE Tepper has called other owners and taken heed as to ways to run a team (Biscotti comes to mind, GREAT owner in a small/er market)

David Tepper is the wealthiest person in NC/SC and is likely the most despised person in the area this is not boding well he has no allies in SC nor NC FANBASE hates him Coaches minus the direct deposit despise him he’s basically toxic to everyone what options does he have? 1) fix the problem- tough to do when you are the problem 2) sell the team- it prints cash, doubt he does that 3) move the team- new city, new start, comes off as a hero to the new town

Watching Tepper behave like an idiot yesterday, really put my mind at ease of no longer paying $750/ month for season tickets from here on out it’s redzone 3 away games a year for fun with the kids random home game if we like the team coming into town Tepper is a national embarrassment
