  1. If he's as involved as we all think with the last three Drafts then he's a very good judge of talent. For some reason he then puts that talent on the bench - Foreman, Marshall, Boseman (although I think Elflein was fine at C this year, Boseman is clearly an upgrade)... so I question his people skills. You don't really need those as a College Head Coach.
  2. He's a pretty good College QB. He's an NFL utility player, and not a particularly dynamic one either. Great head on his shoulders though, he'll be a coach if he wants to be.
  3. I'm worried about ever seen Mayfield play for the Panthers again. He's poo.
  4. We're a good QB away from being competitive every week. We're another good pass rusher away from being a problem.
  5. Wait, who wouldn't agree that he's better than Darnold or Mayfield? He's a Top 10, Top 15 QB in this league - that's a damn sight better than anything we've had for a looooooong time.
  6. I've got zero interest in seeing Mayfield in a Panthers uniform again. We should use the rest of the games to evaluate Darnold behind an actual NFL OLine. We know Walker is terrible and won't be here next year.
  7. This is why I want to see Darnold. We've assembled a brick wall, let's see if he can play behind it. We already know Walker and Mayfield are terrible.
  8. Darnold inactive. Guess that's me heading to bed then. Can't wait for Wilks to get the fug out of Charlotte.
  9. Knowing everything I know now I'd still do that Darnold trade. We put him behind an awful OLine - it's our fault it didn't work out. As for Mayfield, it's a 5th round pick and the Browns are paying the majority of his salary.
  10. I didn't like his accuracy in college and that's carried over to the pros.
  11. I think we're sailing dangerously close to the wind here with the NFL's compliance dept. First we keep Eddie P, now we keep starting Walker. It's a blatant tank.
  12. Ah but they covered their backs and said Sullivan should have been flagged - which is why they fined him.
  13. They lined up offsides 4 times today - that's pure coaching ineptitude. Snow was very good at his job and had his unit ready every week - sadly they were let down by the offence not being able to stay on the field / score points.
  14. So why change the (successful) scheme mid-season when you know you don't have the players to run it? Ego.
  15. So he proceeded to fire Snow, promote his buddy and field a worse defence. Good move, Wilks.
  16. The 5 people that don't give a fug about Fields and wish the rest of the fans would stop talking about a player not on our roster you mean?
  17. Agree to disagree, losses like this are crushing for the franchise.
