I think Snow / Rhule stumbled across it - dude was playing at an All Pro level there - but they were determined to turn him into a S. Part of the reason Rhule was fired, just mismanagement of talent. Alas Holcombe is asking Chinn to cover their #2 WR down the field - hopefully that gets him fired too.
