He was coaches down on defence because he fired the v. good DC we had to put his best mate in place. The defence regressed week on week.

Kafka was being groomed for the OC (and eventually the HC) role in Kansas City, but Bieniemy couldn't nail a HC interview so Kafka got sick of waiting and struck out to prove himself. He's very, very highly thought of around the league.

No, he's identified a type (ex-QB/ young OC) and has basically requested an interview with all of those available in the NFL at the moment.

I do not, no. He was never a good DC. He'd also have to move on from Holcombe which I doubt he does. My main issue is that his ego fired Snow - that's a huge red flag.

Essentially if his team didn't win the line of scrimmage he lost the game. He needed a Plan B to impress me. The only exception was the Saints game, which was a death struggle between two bad teams. -
