    It's one of 32 NFL GM jobs in the world. If you're applying for a job at that level you back yourself to be a success at it. The problem the Panthers have is that if you're applying for multiple NFL GM jobs the Panthers opening will be at the bottom of your list, so we won't get the perceived 'best' GM this offseason.

    Well he's going to force the next HC to play Young at this rate. It's clear he's miles away from being an NFL QB - we have to move on from him. He's the biggest NFL bust of all time.

    I loved the suggestion that Tepper should have to announce the Bears' first overall pick. Give him his £300k back for throwing the drink, that should be his punishment.
