    I always assumed the coaches came to the mountain, but clearly the mountain goes to the coaches... unless a private jet is involved on Saturday.

    No, he's identified a type (ex-QB/ young OC) and has basically requested an interview with all of those available in the NFL at the moment.

    I do not, no. He was never a good DC. He'd also have to move on from Holcombe which I doubt he does. My main issue is that his ego fired Snow - that's a huge red flag.

    They ran Rivera's soft Cover 3 system - that's not what Snow ran.

    I'm more concerned about his plan for the defensive staff.

    Essentially if his team didn't win the line of scrimmage he lost the game. He needed a Plan B to impress me. The only exception was the Saints game, which was a death struggle between two bad teams.

    So you want to trade our only WR for a QB? Seems sensible.

    Exactly. What else is Darnold meant to do when all of his WRs are blanketed? He took a chance, it didn't come off. I'm ok with that.

    No problem with that throw - he's tried to make a play because our receivers certainly aren't. Marshall and Moore have been blanketed all game.

    I think he's a perfectly fine #2 TE. You just need a clear #1, which we don't currently have.
