  1. I'm confused. The late review on a Hail Mary where it clearly wasn't a catch? As in the 'masses' agreed that 'yeah it probably wasn't a catch, but you it'd be funny if it was so let's get irate?' As for the targeting call - I thought if a review took over 5 minutes to make the the call on the field should stand? Make your mind up, love.
  2. If he would just take the check down throw he'd be running away with the Heisman trophy (and Miami wouldn't be in these close games). He's just playing hero ball.
  3. Are we still in Bears territory telling a story, motherfugers?!!?!? Let's goooooooooooooooo!
  4. Yeah Cam Ward ain't the guy. He's too interested in playing hero ball. Checkdowns are open all night and he's running around back there trying to get his Johnny Football Heisman moment.
  5. When you watch Pitts / Robinson / London run out there for the Falcons, you can't help but feel we used to have that, but we traded them all away.
  6. He's essentially Dalton - one of the 32 best QBs on the planet, but not a superstar and hurtling towards retirement. As we've seen they're very hard to find. He has his flaws, but he's better than almost everyone else walking the planet at playing QB.
  7. The Falcons colours are red, black and white - and somehow they still get their unis wrong. The last iteration of their uniforms were really good - this updated set look awful. Red helmets?!
  8. There's like what, 2 College football games a year at BOA?
  9. He absolutely will not be here next season - by his own choice.
  10. There are some WILD takes on here. Good lord. LP
  11. On a very, very strict budget, maybe.
  12. I don't think we'll have a say in the matter. His contract will expire in the offseason - he'll definitely leave to go and coach a D with actual NFL players on it.
  13. *heel and I doubt he'd have walked off if he'd torn his Achilles. I'm not a Dr though.
  14. He was very good in Denver the year before we got him (they didn't want him to leave, but they fired his friend who was the HC so he felt slighted) and he was very good last year for us when we had a handful of NFL starting calibre players. I don't know if he'll ever field a dominant defence because to me it looks like his thing is getting players to play above and beyond their skill level in a 'bend but don't break' zone scheme, but he's very good regardless.
  15. I'm disappointed, that's a bad Bengals team and we won't get many more winnable games like that. I'm resigned to losing A LOT of games this season because the talent on the defensive side of the ball wouldn't look out of place in the XFL. It's an abomination.
  16. He's a very good DC. Unfortunately outside of Horn and Jackson (with Brown now being injured) we've left him with a defensive squad lacking NFL starting calibre players. There's only so much you can do when there is zero pass rush and nobody can tackle in space.
  17. So 3 inches shorter and 25lbs lighter. That's pretty significant.
  18. He was the DC for Mack in Texas - Brown has the inside track on how to beat Diaz's smoke and mirrors D. He's always obliterated him when they've faced off against each other.
  19. Hi Luke, would you stake everything in your bank account on Bryce Young having a successful NFL career? No? Didn't think so.
  20. Or, y'know, they're following the actual rules of the sport and it's clearly not a catch.
