With regards to the trade - I suspect the Texans didn't expect a team would give up so much for the #1 overall pick. They enquired about it with the Bears, but balked at the price. This whole situation only works if the Texans think Young is a franchise QB - again that's just rumours at this point, we've no idea what their Draft board looks like either. Yes, teams leak things to each other, but not the entire Draft board.
