    There was no Mahomes comp for anyone that actually watched Young play football. Ward has the ability to throw from multiple arm angles, but he doesn't have anything like Mahomes' arm strength.

    What makes you think he's not 6'2"? All of his OLinemen are a legit 6'5"+ if that's your point of reference.

    That'd kill my gambling odds. At least with Dalton back there bookies have to give you somewhat respectable odds. I'm not sure they'd even take your money if we started Young with this defence.

    Our best two players on offence leave in the offseason and our defence is an abomination. We're years away - and that's if we can get our house in order and actually draft well, which is a long shot.

    We're ready on O for a rookie QB - that OLine is as good as it gets - but he'd have to win a shootout every week.

    Who on this defence would start for the other 31 teams in the league. Horn, definitely. Jackson for a few and then... ?

    He'll be the next player to leave Charlotte because we don't actually like having good players on this roster.

    They gave him a miniscule budget and told him to make it work - so he picked up players from the absolute bottom of the bargain bin that had played for him before. You don't think he actually wants his starting LBs to be Thompson and Jewell, right? I can't even name the starting DL, they're that poor.

    Nah, but he shouldn't be on the roster anymore. He gamed the system (so I have no sympathy for his mental health being wrecked), but we were stupid enough to fall for it. They need to get him out of the building as soon as possible. He's a daily reminder that we traded 5 premium players for a non-NFL calibre player and then spent all offseason stripping the D to prop him up.

    Jesus Christ himself couldn't field an NFL calibre unit with this defensive roster. Evero is a very good NFL DC. He's been handed practice squad level players across the board.
