  1. We know what he looks like at S - he can't carry receivers down the field.
  2. At the College Pro Day?! Which other owners do that?
  3. Is it a struggle? Maybe the NFL dream just isn't for him now that he's tasted it and realises he's never going to get the opportunity to start.
  4. I'm immediately at the point where I want a catastrophic season and everyone fired. We need to hit the reset button.
  5. I know he got a couple of recruits Cristobal wanted this offseason.
  6. My biggest concern with Young always boiled down to - if he's a generational QB, why didn't Alabama win the National Title? Georgia were obviously very, very good, but a generational QB overcomes the slight talent advantage they have over Alabama, see Lawrence / Watson at Clemson.
  7. He played in 10 games for the Panthers across the 2020 and 2021 seasons. He kept on sitting out with soft tissue injuries. Look at how much the 49ers used him last year - it wasn't a quantity issue, dude just wanted to save the tread he had on his tyres and made a business decision not to waste it with this franchise / Rhule.
  8. When was it worse? We traded 5 premium players for a QB that doesn't look like he can play in the NFL and we're 0-3 (soon to be 0-4) with a brand new coaching staff. Our interim-HC, who couldn't even get a HC interview last year, took us to 7 wins - how have we gone backwards?! It's a bad roster with no hope of improving under the current regime.
  9. I think he was holding himself out with niggles. Dude didn't play in his Bowl game in College - it's in his DNA to think of himself first.
  10. You also can't really blitz Mahomes (and I assume Hurts) - teams are always wary about blitzing the elite QBs too much 'cos they get burned by it.
  11. He looks to have a better HC for a start, which is concerning.
  12. Dalton is on his 5th team in 5 years for a reason. He was an excellent QB, but he's very much a shadow of his former self. For him to look THAT much better than Young has to be concerning for this staff - and I assume Fitterer's wife is already consulting realtors.
  13. I genuinely think he knows he's in too deep - he's scared to throw the ball into tight windows because he doesn't trust that he has the arm to get it there at this level. It must be a very humbling experience for him.
  14. I believe my comment was: "it's Alabama, lads. Do you really want me to pull out the recruiting class rankings for the last decade? Cos I will". He didn't have Marvin Harrison Jr, was basically the retort.
  15. This staff rubberstamped the trade up for and selection of Young. Conviction is the word they used. They live and die by his success - it ain't looking good for them.
  16. I appreciate the loyalty, I'm just not sure I can do it anymore. It hasn't been fun watching this team since 2015 and evidently the next couple of years are guaranteed to be shite too. I might just be done.
  17. Go watch the Canes if you want to watch a good football team.
  18. That's genuinely disgusting. Clearly short - they respotted it after it was a chain link short. Actual cheating.
  19. So no-one's going to mention that that wasn't a hold by Tremble?
  20. Fitterer needs to get on the phone and offer the Phins a late round Draft pick in exchange for us forfeiting that game. They'll crucify us.
