They won't, of course, because we'll be left with the GM / HC candidates that are desperate to make the step up and will acquiesce to the crazy owner's wishes. We were never getting the 'best' candidate. The roster is a mess. We have no QB. Our owner fired a guy after half a season. This is not an attractive destination for people with options i.e. Harbaugh. It's going to be about fit, which is why they should definitely hire the GM first and let him decide who his HC is, then get out of the way for 3 years and let them work.

Our new GM should try and trade Young to the Cowboys - they clearly need a QB that can score against the Packers.

I don't think he's a mental midget, but he is very limited physically. It'll be the death knell of that offence if they sign him up to a $50m a year contract.

I've said for a while that the Dolphins are held back by Tua. He simply doesn't have the arm strength you need in the modern NFL.
