    They have every right to be confident, we've lost the last 4 to the Saints and 8 of the last 9 (I suspect that win was them resting their starters). They have our number. Time for Rhule to get a signature win.

    Brady doesn't get hit - he reads the defence and gets it out quickly. Wilson plays backyard ball. He's going to get crushed eventually - I'm amazed he got up from that Brown sack.

    Wilson took 6 sacks, threw 1 INT (nearly 2) and nearly lost a fumble. How did he look better than Darnold again?

    That length is why we drafted him over Surtain. The TD throw he gave up - he was slow to come out of his break, but he NEARLY broke the pass up with his ridiculous wingspan. If you watched that video of him training down in Miami with the NFL CBs the coach was raving about his length. It's a game changer - he's going to bully WRs.

    Honestly I think Smith just used to kill teams - the smoke route was just the easiest way to get the ball in his hands once the DB started playing 7 yards off (cos he knew he'd be roasted if he played man-up). He's on our Mount Rushmore of Panthers - ridiculously good player.

    He was the best Olinemen left on the board at that point - I think they were just relieved to get someone they really liked after trading down so much in the second round. I'd be curious to know if they liked Spencer Brown. Tepper went a bit overboard on his call I think.
