Because he is our only option besides a quarterback we just got off the practice squad. Can't blame Wilks for this atrocious offense after a week. This is the poo stain Matt Rhule left us.

PJ is Rhules guy. Wilks doesn't want that bum on the field but he has no choice. Everyone should be happy and thrilled that all of the Temple and Baylor Alum will be getting cut and released after this year.

Defense is gassed. It's been 3 and out since the 2nd quarter. I knew our offense was going to be even worse with PJ in but not this bad.

Rhule severely fuged our team. Not only did he release our HOFer Quarterback, but he cost us so many draft picks and money making a steaming pile of poo QB room. Don't get me started on how he thought he could sign all of the 2 star Temple and Baylor players expecting to win against the best football players in the NFL.

I like it. Wilks isn't having any of that Temple and Baylor nepotism. He wouldn't even be fielding PJ if he wasn't our last option.

Defense has played well imo. Only allowed one touchdown. Our best 3 defensive players are not playing. Let's wait to see the second half adjustments before we bring out the knee jerk reactions.

I kind of want to see what Wilks can do with Mayfield before I totally give up on him. The offense looks way different and looks more of a style that will be benefit him

I'll wait to see what Wilks does with Henderson before I fully decide that it's him and not Rhule/Snow with personnel misusage. One of those DPI's was kind of ticky tacky but I was more pissed that Henderson couldn't push the dude out of bounds on that 3rd down

So while the team was a trainwreck last year, Matt Rhule was worried about what was being posted on social media?! This is flat out embarrassing and pathetic and to make matters worse, I really believe Rhule conned his way into the NFL without any football knowledge or IQ. It's almost as if he rode the coattails of the other coaches at Baylor but got all the credit for it lmao -
Yeah defenses have to scheme around CMC. Nobody is scheming around those other players. CMC is an instant headache for defenses.
