What is your first three round mock and why
Panther Believer replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Bateman won't make it out of the top 10 picks of the 2nd round. That would be him sliding too.. -
49ers trading up to number 3 with Miami!
Panther Believer replied to joemac's topic in Carolina Panthers
Almost at the point where we should either go BPA (Slater, Pitts, Surtain) or do we trade back and get draft capital for the 2022 draft so we can trade up and get our guy? -
LT or CB. Everyone freaking out about DT but that can be addressed in the draft much easier IMO.
-
You good, haha just said D wat was gonna come here back in early December and everyone clowned on me.
-
Now if we can just get Brian Burns to teach this guy his ghost technique and FILTHY spin move to add to his tool belt....it could be very, very dangerous.
-
Told ya
-
That would be a home run with the top 3 alone haha
-
Would be very happy with this draft.

This^ literally all I was trying to get across. Haha make no mistake, I still don't want him but If we go BPA 1st round like Surtain, Farley, or Rashawn Slater and then get Mac Jones 2nd round I wouldn't be terribly mad.
-
I literally said, I still don't want him at 8. I would respect your opinion if you had any substance to go with it but that's too much to ask out of someone like you lol.
-
I want to start buy saying I had watched a few games of Mac Jones and a few twitter clips and was under the impression the kid was a second rounder and if we got him at 8 I would riot. However, after watching some more breakdowns of his game, he is already great at the small nuisances at the quarterback position, whether it be holding a safety in no mans land with his eyes or by pump faking, protecting his receivers from decapitation with great anticipation, blocking adjustments, etc. I still would like to avoid Mac Jones at 8 but this is definitely just a thread for: 1. If we do end up getting Mac Jones, this video will help walk some of you away from the ledge lol. 2. Challenging us all to do our deep dive on researching into each kid's game before just saying he's the next Ryan leaf. Really dig up your own opinion of a prospect instead of just regurgitating what the "pundits" are saying. This guy who does QB breakdowns does GREAT work and you will 100% learn some stuff along every one of his videos. I would highly recommend watching the Zack Wilson, Trey Lance, and Just Fields breakdown videos as well. #KeepPounding

You sound like a blast -
Great stuff, keep it up!

I know we have seen these mat black helmets before, and I feel like they have teased us about it every other year. I knew we had the little ones that the players sign autograph's on and can give to kids at events or camp but I haven't seen any in full size. I know CMC and Chinn were just there to sign helmets though so I'm not getting my hopes up for these again. But man, if David Tepper wanted to put a stamp on the organization, this would be a huge one aesthetically speaking of course.

Anybody remember when Colin Jones "asked" for his release?
Panther Believer replied to JABANOG's topic in Carolina Panthers
He was a great special teamer but when he was in on defense we all held our breath -
To Future Cautious Optimism

We can agree to disagree on that LOL. All these people are under contract for 3 years at least except Taylor Moton, who is at the least about to get tagged, then signed long term next year. And DJ Moore who we still have his 5th year option and is our WR1 for the long haul once considering his utility and age. -

We really out here cutting all the old heads and really going to at the very least let these young guys (Sam Franklin, Bravion Roy, Myles Hartsfield, Jermaine Carter, STO) , and also Troy Pride who I think will make a big jump next year. Not saying they are all going to start but have all already gotten at least a decent amount of playing time in the hardest/weirdest offseason it NFL history. Hell we got a starting Punter In UDFA -
Whether we get Trey lance, Watson , Fields Zack Wilson, or hell even Kellon Mond. Let's trust the process and open them with open arms and support them because we have the pieces, this new regime is one great move like getting your franchise QB is the step.

If we could get Greg Newsome II in the late rounds, he's being extremely slept on.

yo this would be a homerun draft

Report: Deshaun Watson would OK trade to Carolina Panthers
Panther Believer replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
Still missing the point I was making. Just saying I brought it up as a possibility but everyone and they mama saying I was smoking something crazy lol. I agree we don't have the best chance at him but all I'm saying is half the threads on this board are now something to do with Watson and a bunch of those people are the ones that sh*t on me. That's my only point. -

Never said it's guaranteed to happen. Missing the point. Just saying I got poo'd on for even bringing up the idea of possibility. -

But I got dragged across the floor for even mentioning it towards the end of our season. I was told by the huddle GM's there's no chance in hell -
He will be missed, a lot of people want to tarnish what he brought every Sunday with missed tackles. However, you can't deny he made it fun to watch the Panthers with the energy he brought and being very interactive with us via all social media whether it be football or just something as simple as asking who wants to go play a round of golf. We will miss you Tre and hope nothing but great things in your future.
