  1. CMC has 158 yards on 212 total yrds. Yet we are open to trading him. What a poo show.
  2. Trading CMC would be a tremendous mistake
  3. 21-14 Panthers win - CMC gets 100 receiving yrds + 1TD, McAdoo’s play design offers a lot of quick passes and checkdown to take off some pressure off of Ekwonu who will also have a really good game. - Brissett throws for 150 yards with one INT. Jaremy Chinn comes up with the pick. - Run D is not as bad as expected, thanks to the emergence of Frankie Luvu. This forces Brissett to throw more than what was planned.
  4. Probably won't get cut if these are the players he is taking reps with
  5. Pass was good, if Kirkwood doesn't juggle the ball he has a chance to dodge the hit
  6. Darnold playing well boosts his value, we should all be happy
  7. Matt Corral is not the starter brother, he will be our 3rd QB on the depth chart, which is exactly the kind of player you put out there in preseason.
  8. Why would we waste snaps from a preseason game on a QB we know pretty much for sure will not make the team. PJ is a good dude and he has the talent to be a backup somewhere else but just not with us right now. Also, if there is a good time to give Corral snaps, it's preseason. He won't drown, he'll welcome the challenge.

    Corral

This kid is leagues above Will Grier when we drafted him. He’ll be good for us.
  10. People forget what he did for the Browns in the 2020-21 season. He won them a playoff game. He had a 5TD game. Last offseason, he was viewed as a fringe top 10-12 QB in the NFL. This year, well he was hurt for a good part of the season and still played. He is not in the same league as Sam Darnold. This is the best the Panthers can do and I’m all for it.
  11. CMC is giving us a 3.5 at RB. It just shows that without him we are a very bad football team
  12. As much as we like to bash our HC and our owner, Scott Fitterer, Samir Suleiman and Dan Morgan KNOW how to run a team the right way. We are in good hands.
  13. One man who went under the radar this past season is Nixon. He looked really good for a rookie out there. He needs more snaps.
  14. Matt Ioannidis is a huge upgrade over Daquan Jones. He's 2 years younger and is a better pass rusher. Both DI tend to struggle sometimes on running plays but on 3rd downs and passing play we just improved a lot. Love this signing.
  15. Havn't followed recent updates for the DW trade. Are we really currently out? Recent reports have the Saints probably going for Jameis next year. The Falcons have to pay Matty Ice next year and the trade simply does not make sense for them. Browns have been confirmed out, but nothing about the Panthers.
  16. The Texans would never trade Deshaun to a divisional rival. If Watson is playing next year, it will be for the Panthers, Seahawks or Buccaneers. We also have a the better draft pick. If we want Willis, he's ours.
  17. Would be a massive mistake to trade basically player on the roster who shows heart and is a leader week in week out. His injuries are soft tissue related. He is not injury prone. Rhule is just clueless and doesn't know how to use him.
  18. I would agree, CMC vs Deshaun without allegations, I would do it in a heartbeat. But the fact that he hasn't been here for the past game and we havn't done jacksh*it during those four games just prove my point. We are 3-0 with him, 0-4 without him. During the past few games, you can clearly see a lack of effort from DJ and Robby. I don't care who is your QB, when you get paid millions, you have got to show up and play. You will never see a moment where CMC gives up on a play. We need more players like him.
  19. So your trade the player that has the best work ethic on the team, who is also the #1 leader for a guy who has allegations?! This would be a major shift in terms of locker room chemistry, and one that we should not make. If we're getting Deshaun, we need CMC. DJ Moore is not a leader. We lack massive leadership on offense. Also, about those injuries. It's too soon to call CMC injury prone. It's not too soon to say that this coaching staff is clueless when it comes to preventing injuries though. The strain could have been avoided.
