I imagine it's a mistake, he doesn't play like a linebacker and looks like a guy whose heavier than the billed 275.... This isn't 1996 3-4 OLBs are 240-250 pound guys not 275-290 even Peppers dropped into the low 250s to play LB.

Realistically he's Brian Burns with 0 production, He's a 4.5 guy with electronic timing.

Why would you even imagine Burns as a 5 tech? He was a rush 3-4 LB his rookie season.
