  1. I loved Eric but his play style and speed would not have lined up with our current philosophy
  2. Very original Thread wow! lol Didn't see the #2 pick thread or the Darnold one?????
  3. It wouldn't have, seeing as the news broke the same day as the start of free agency meaning it wouldn't have been official aka just an agreement with no ink on the "X".
  4. No trade would have been official before the start of the new league year...n
  5. Sorry I hadn't seen some of the other posts sacks aren't as important as pressure.... He's a fantastic athlete for sure his measurables are very similar to Burns in the ones that are definitive at pro days, I don't think he's a 4.38 guy but a 4.5 guy? Absolutely which is still fantastic for a 6'5 DE I haven't seen him play much tbh.
  6. Refute? He's a fantastic athlete for the position..... his measurables are almost identical to Brian Burns.... but he's definitely not a true 4.3 guy.
  7. They are all guaranteed superstars according to huddle logic as well.... History indicates at least three with bust.
  8. Gross was an anomaly for sure, and to be sure coming out he was viewed pretty strictly as a RT... the first time they moved him to LT in 2004 was pretty awful, it wasn't until two years later that he was able to make up for it with superb technique. I think Slater ends up like Zack Martin a great G.
  9. If Sewell is there absolutely.... Slater is the next highest prospect and he would be a reach at #8 hes a guard IMO at the NFL level, short arms and LT don't mix.
  10. Kyle maybe TB heck no.... KA is a better QB than TB and I would have to say KA is at best the lowest end of average. Pre concussion LK had the defense top 10 every season... He undstandly played like a guy with the yipps after. I'm not saying we don't need a QB but if the top four are gone I'd take Parsons before Jones/Trask.
  11. Kyle Allens has thrown a higher career best TD pass season.... I mean the dudes never thrown more than 15 100% agreed.
  12. Four playoff seasons with Cam at QB guess what the Panthers AVERAGE defensive rankings were for those seasons? 6th in yards 4th in points allowed, 48 sacks, (4th) 35 forced turnovers (2nd).... I don't see a corilation at all.....
  13. He is who he is.... the ultimate captain check down Charlie..... I love Parsons but it depends entirely who's available at QB.
  14. How many players are allowed on the field again?
  15. Most frustrating playoff loss in Panthers history for me, #DoubleTrouble #TheRealSmash&Dash first six Panthers plays 6 runs 58 yards and a 7-0 lead.... Literally no one stopped the ground game all season the Cardinals didn't either so what does Fox do???? He only attempts anther 8 runs the rest of the game and has JD chuck it 35 times.... Also Luke "being great" until Cam fell apart is BS he was fantastic until he suffered the worst concussion I've ever seen on the field... Understandingly altering is play style and ultimately ending his career at 29.
  16. Efe lined up at DE/DT on around 90% of his snaps I would expect that to be Foxes role as well, I tried to watch as much of him as possible and he really doesn't strike me as a guy you want lining up as an off the ball LB... heck Efe wasn't despite being a freak athlete because he didn't play football until he was 23.... As for Washington he was a fantastic DL coach, but an absolutely horrible play caller especially situationaly....Even with the wtf third "surprise" onside kick of the game and repeatedly forgetting the clock doesn't stop under 2 minutes, it's fresh air... enduring 18 years of JF RR mule football still hurts.
  17. Truth bombs... likely first ballot HOFER and the best of a generation.
  18. Maths are hard man... lol lol I now understand why the rest of his post are doo doo.
  19. The laser timing eliminates most of the head starts/premature stops due to the person clicking the stop watch, I trust the lasers lot more.. I don't understand how colleges still dont use them my middle school had them in 2001 to clock 40s and c02 car races for woodshop.
  20. Pro day times are are almost always 1.2-2.5 tenths of a second "faster"
