I have never seen such a dysfunctional offense with Brady in the line up. It is like the offense is trying to lose. Tons of odd drops. Players who fall down immediately when they catch it. No running game. Also the god awful playcalling. Why are they so afraid to air it out? Brady doesn't look bad but the Bucs are calling so many short plays.

Their coach is really, really bad at game time planning.

Bet you there are fans who think scoring 21 point in garbage time somehow means Baker is a long term starter and Wilks is still a future HC for us.

Some people want to lose because of draft position, which this year actually make sense, and there are people who would like to win and make the playoffs. Neither are wrong. So if the Panthers wake the playoffs like you want enjoy it. But don’t gatekeep other fan. That is just as bad.

They did invest in the line this off-season. But they are apparently really bad at evaluating O-line talent.

I have said it once and I’ll say it a 1000 times. Wilks is just another Rivera. I had to deal with Rivera and his crap for 9 years. This teams needs someone new not tied to some past coach. If we hire Wilks as HC it will be a mistake.

Wasn’t implying Geno was a backup now. Was saying Geno has been good since the first game this season, he is a starter in my book. That is subject to change. PJ is a backup and has had 2 good games. Most backups eventually do what Kyle Allen did. Teams get film and the backup starts struggling. If he continues to improve and play well, even against really good teams, then and only then will I possibly entertain the thought PJ could be our starter. I don’t think it will matter if Wilks isn’t hired as HC. The new coach will likely want his own QB.

Back up QBs regress to the mean eventually. Geno has been good all season. So I am gonna hold off on any opinion until closer to the end of the season.

I agree. I think a lot of people don’t realize that Rhule was so bad Wilks looks amazing in comparison. But we can definitely do better. Even the Commanders look good occasionally but they still look like a Rivera coached team and Rivera has no QB to bail his butt out.
