I think Burns is a fine DE. But he isn’t a game changer and his production can be replaced. So the fact we were offered two first round picks and rejected that is baffling.

He plays for Alabama will follow him when he enters the NFL and will likely be what most people mention as a flaw.

Go into 2023 with Baker and then hope a QB falls into our lap or we have to trade multiple firsts to move up to get one. No, even if you don’t like the QBs this year it doesn’t matter. QB is the number 1 need and we need to finally get one. I don’t want anymore reclamation QBs. No more Darnolds, Bakers or Bridgewaters.

If it makes fans feel better most new owners do not hit on their first hiring. I am willing to be patient with Tepper and hope Rhule was just an honest mistake for a first time owner.
