How did we go from “This is a deep, amazing class” to “This class may have 1 or 2 starter level QBs”?

If we draft a QB in the first round his chances of being a long term starter are pretty much zero. Even if the rookie has to sit for a year and Corral balls out we ain’t gonna start him over our 1st round QB in the long term. That is the reality of 1st vs 3rd. 1st will be given a very long leash. 3rd will need to show ability immediately or he is gone. I wouldn’t be surprised if we try to trade Corral if he starts in 2023 and plays well.

Evaluation for what? The new coach ain’t gonna want him on the team.

He is an interm head coach. He doesn’t have a process. He’ll be gone after the season.

I have never seen such a dysfunctional offense with Brady in the line up. It is like the offense is trying to lose. Tons of odd drops. Players who fall down immediately when they catch it. No running game. Also the god awful playcalling. Why are they so afraid to air it out? Brady doesn't look bad but the Bucs are calling so many short plays.

Their coach is really, really bad at game time planning.

Bet you there are fans who think scoring 21 point in garbage time somehow means Baker is a long term starter and Wilks is still a future HC for us.

Some people want to lose because of draft position, which this year actually make sense, and there are people who would like to win and make the playoffs. Neither are wrong.
