    Reich has never been a savant. He was fired from the Chargers, he was carried by Pederson and he wasn’t even the first choice for the Colts. He literally has been mediocre everywhere he went. He has never been good.

    Nowadays teams have way less patience with rookies, especially QBs, then they did 20 or even 10 years ago. But being patient could lead to great things. I just don’t think Reich is the right coach for the job.
