    This literally feels like a team that was built by a player in madden who has no idea what he is doing. Pick a few good players and then randomly start picking players with the highest ratings even if it makes the depth on your team horrible.

    Texans fired two one year HCs in a row and finally got a good one it seems and players and coaches still wanted to come to the team. So even if Reich is fired in November or December the Panthers won’t become a place coaching candidates avoid. Everyone wants money.

    I am wondering if EE will even take it. Since he refused the interim HC job with the Broncos. If he accepts it it will probably be because Tepper said he has a real chance to be our HC.

    Pederson was calling the offense not Reich. Reich has been mediocre wherever he went. He was fired from the Chargers as OC and only became the Colts coach because the one they wanted said, nah.

    In my opinion if you are in the NFL you have more NFL coaching experience that’s any HC in college. Tepper overcorrected.
