Fleeced? Or Rhule and Fitt are idiots.
-
I remember people making excuses and supporting the decision to resign him to that ridiculous extension all because he could “block” allegedly. What is this? 1975?
-
Probably still would have gotten more yardage even if the LBs stopped him. It just looks really bad on replay.
-
My moment when it was confirmed in my mind we overpayed a terrible RB was when there was a gaping hole at the Lions and his vision is apparently so bad he didn’t see it and ran into a pile. Should be another notch of why Fitt should be fired. Chubba is better anyway.

Doing any trade when you team is out of the playoffs, pretty much, is weird. I understand if we were 4-1 and looking gold but could do with adding a piece here or there.

Good win. I know it is cliche but we have some stuff to clean up. But very fun game. So happy hockey is BACK BABY!

Feels good to watch a good professional Carolina team.

McDaniel: Bryce is a baller with a bright future

Kid is a rookie. We got lucky with Cam and avoid the normal rookie season. I plan to give Bryce 3 years, key word is plan. But I expect him to be much better in year 2. -
Could Both Fitterer and Reich Be Safer Than We Think?
TLGPanthersFan replied to tukafan21's topic in Carolina Panthers
I don’t consider Reich a high-pedigree. He was fired from the Chargers as OC, he was given a HC job because Pederson carried his rear and the coach the Colts wanted dropped out. Then he was mediocre with the Colts until they ran out of old Vets that could still play. I think the Reich from his final season with the Colts is the real Reich, a bad coach. Reich isn’t the right coach for Young. -

Makes sense I never expected him to be if he does get fired. But I see no reason not to fire Fitt during the bye. Unless it is a twofer on black Monday. -
Could Both Fitterer and Reich Be Safer Than We Think?
TLGPanthersFan replied to tukafan21's topic in Carolina Panthers
If we go 0-17 or 1-16 or maybe even 2-15 I don’t see Reich surviving. Unless we really want to embrace the Browns mantra and keep a bad coach hired when he should have been fired aka Hue Jackson. -
Still makes me frustrated with that core we couldn’t find consistent success.

Crazy what you can do with AI now

I miss going to Kristen Kreme in 2015. Their Panthers win deal was amazing. -

Yep. There is a reason the Hurricanes had such a great turnaround and it was because the new owner stepped back and let the hockey people do their job. Tepper needs to realize this. Unfortunately I get the feeling he is the type of person who will not disengage from the team. But, man, imagine if he did step back and let the team operate without his influence. I guarantee this would have ended up better. Maybe.

Honestly the only game I can see is wining is against the Bears.

The Personal Side (for those interested)
TLGPanthersFan replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Huddle Lounge
Does seem like a lot of people have been leaving. Unfortunately years of being bad will do that. If the Panthers are ever good again I have a feeling this place will pick up, if it isn’t dead by then. Wish I could have been here during the hay day. But it is what it is. -
When I saw that big lane open up I got excited for a big run and the Sander ran his blind ass into a wall.
-
Ya know. I would like some unequivocal proof that Tepper meddles and is the reason we have no first round pick and a QB only 3 inches taller than me. I know there are bits and pieces that suggest he meddles but I would love an actual article that said, “Tepper forced FO to draft Bryce and trade first pick.” Tepper needs to be an owner in the background. While JR influenced firings and hirings he always let the football people be football people. The GM fired the HCs and JR fired the GMs and during the coaching search he let the GM take the lead, as he should. While JR may of been a perv he did one thing right and that was stay out of the way of the team. Tepper needs to do that or at least try it once and see if it works. Because I don’t trust Teppers ability to hire the right people. He’s failed ever single time.

I think Fitt is guaranteed to lose his job if it keeps getting worse. Reich on the other hand I worry that Tepper will “be patient” and once again not chop off a rotting limb even though it is what is good for the team. Some people may say coaches deserve two years at least and honestly if we were 0-5 and had our number one pick I would agree with you. But we don’t. Reich is more Hackett than Zac Taylor. Even though it looks like Bengals fans patience with Taylor is running out as well.
-
It is what it is. Pretty much this was the last game I will even have on as background noise. When something isn’t fun anymore why bother? I just hate that if Tepper follows his normal pattern Riech will get a year 2. Fitter will get one more chance and the team will continue to sell you feel good crap pieces.
-
I really wish picks had protection. This is literally franchise destroying. Like, I have no idea how the Panthers will ever be good again.
-
Reich is still a horrible coach.
