When CMC is on the field the team plays better. But I will always prefer a 2 RB system when your starting RB has had injury problems.

My guess is a few starters won't play are all this presason: Horn, definitely CMC and maybe a few more. But I think Baker, Sam, PJ(I have no idea why Rhule has a hard on for this guy), and Corral will all get some playing time. I wouldn't be surprised if Mayfield and Darnold both play all 3 games. But I also wouldn't be surprised if Rhule announced Mayfield and Darnold sit out games 1 and 3 and only play maybe a quarter apiece in the 2nd game.

Not gonna happen 4 years is proof enough.

I would say no way this coaching staff would keep 4 QB. But this is Rhule.

Read yeasterdah that PJ and Corral are splitting reps at 3 apiece. Why is PJ still on this team? Corral could have 6 reps instead of 3 if Rhule would get over his obsession with Walker.

Yeah I didn’t have a major negative reaction from what he said because it is true. The QBs will decide who will be the starter by how they play and Rhule will make the final decision.

If he struggles again this year I will say yes. Till then I will put it in the TBD category.

NFL teams have always figure Snow out. You will have a few games where our defense looks good but NFL coaches are not stupid. Sad thing is Rhule will probably never fire Snow unless Tepper forces him to. Our defense will be worse than last year. I guarantee it.

That is what I was implying. Only with someone controlling him in game can he look like a good QB.

71 for Darnold is hilarious. Of course Madden is the only place where he actually looks like an NFL QB.

Yep. My opinion of him drop dramatically after that playoff game. What an overpay.

Debuting the uniforms on week 10 is bold. If we are in the playoff hunt and have a winning record the uniforms are gonna add to that winning feeling. If we are 3-7 when they wear the uniforms it will be cool but not nearly that impactful.

Hope for Drew Brees will be fine with Jake Delhomme.

Maybe because he is a terrible NFL QB. If don’t hate Darnold the person, I feel nothing toward the guy. I do hate Darnold the player.
