Well, he probably is referring to the fact that they need to run it more than the two times they did in the second half of yesterdays game.

This seems to be the most logical reason for the number of batted passes. Arizona obviously saw something from the Cleveland game and looked to take advantage of it. Baker’s timing is pretty consistent when he makes a decision to commit to the throw. Arizona was trying to block the passes all game but didn’t get the timing figured out until the second half.

Defensive linemen are taught that if you can’t get to the passer, then get your hands up and try to block the pass. If this is true, then our offensive line was doing a good job of pass blocking, but weren’t knocking the defensive lineman in the gut when they jumped to block the pass. I just don’t see a lot of nastiness out of the Panthers offensive linemen.

Offense is stagnant and never really gets started. McAdoo just runs his offense regardless if it fits the personnel.

Kingsbury’s offense, lets routes develop underneath by pulling all the other defenders down the field to expose the open man. McAdoo’s depends on guys just winning the match ups and not being schemed open.
